Supply, install, testing & commissioning of Exhaust fan, metal body with automatic back shutter louvers 230 mm sweep, 1400 / 1350 RPM or more, Air Delivery not less than 510 Cum/Hour, single phase, 240 Volts, AC, 50 Hz all as per Ventil Air - DS of Havells or techno-commercially equivalent of other specified makes including cutting hole in to the wall / existing window / ventilator etc., and making good the disturbed surfaces and connecting up complete including provision of cable 3/2 core of suitable size from ceiling rose to fan in flexible hose including taking down the old unserviceable exhaust fan etc., complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- The unit rate quoted shall be deemed to include the cost of making hole in walls/other surfaces, making good the disturbed surfaces including any framework/cement work/wood work/welding work etc. required for proper fixing of the exhaust fan and matching to the existing surface.

Cutting chases in brick walls/concrete surfaces, pinning in. making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring, etc., and making good, cutting not exc 10 cm girth all as specified and as directed.
