M&L for rough excavation not exceeding 1.50 m deep and getting out in hard and dense soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L forming embankments incl raising (or lowering) earth, spreading in layers n. exc 30 cm thick, watering, ramming/rolling and finishing to required size, shape etc, n exc 1.50m high from base complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L removing excavated soils not exc 50m and depositing where directed as the level not exc 1.50 m above the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for surface excavation n. exc 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in hard/dense soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for excavation over areas not exceeding 1.5m deep and getting out in hard/dense soil all as specified.

M&L for excavation in trenches, n exc 1.50m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth, for foundation etc, or for shafts wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc, n exc 10 Sqm on plan and n exc 1.50m depth and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Chrage.

Spreading and levelling in layers n.exc 25cm thick and well ramming incl watering (Soil received from item No 1& 5 above use in berm) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Chrage.

M&L for rolling and consolidating formation surfaces with power roller exc 8 tonne and not exc 12 tonne power roller including filling (if required) in hollow and depressions, soft spots etc, which occur during rolling, watering as necessary and consolidating (for portion coming in cutting/original ground only) to required level, camber and gradient keeping roller wheels wet etc, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Chrage.

M&L for soling (or sub base) 200mm thick (spead thickness) with broken boulders (granite or trap or basalt stones) of size range 100mm to 50mm deposited, spread, leveled in one layer, interstices filled surface formed, rolled and consolidated upto achieved true surface and required gradient and camber with 8 to 12 tonne power roller, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for 150mm thick (Compacted thickness) Water Bound Macadam (WBM) in two layers 75mm thick each layer with coarse aggregate granite trap or basalt of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) spreading, compaction with 8 to 12 tonne power roller and consolidated upto achieved true surface, required gradient and camber, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Chrage.

M&L applying evenly a priming/tack coat with VG-10 grade bituminous primer at 10 kg per 10 Sqm using paving bitumen after necessary prepration of WBM surface by brushing with wire brush for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for premix bituminous macadam using VG 10 Grade bitumen, laid / rolled and compacted by 8 to 12 tonne power roller upto remove all voids and achieved true surface, required gradient and camber with 4% of binder content by weight of total mix, complete all as specified and as directed.

Applying evenly a priming /tack coat with bituminous primer VG-10 grade bituminous primer 5 Kgs per 10 Sqm, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete carpet 40mm thick consolidated thickness 5.5% binder Content by weight of total mix using VG-10, on mechanical hot mixed plant and laid with mechanical paver rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 12 tonne Power roller upto complete removal of voids and achieved true surface, required compaction., complete all as specified and as directed.

Making the dashes, arrows etc exc 10cm wide on road surfaces, using hot aplied thermoplastic road marking paint 2.00mm thick mixed with radium glass beads @ 250gm/Sqm with automatic machine to provide reflectivity and night vision (approximate temperature being 200 degree at the time of laying) including cleaning the surface of all dirt and other foreign materials, demarcation at site and control, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and laying precast kerb stone of size 300x250x100mm with precast cement concrete type B-1 1:2:4 mix using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate confirming to IS-5758 of 2020, set in cement mortar 1:4, Modular design including painting on visible surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F for 200mm dia reinforced concrete pipes, class NP3, laid and jointed with cement jute, confirming to IS-783 of 1985 complete with collars, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

S&F for 600mm dia reinforced concrete pipes, class NP3, laid and jointed with cement jute, confirming to IS-783 of 1985 complete with collars, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2, bed to drain 200mm dia pipes Including necessary form work, packing under and completely surrounding pipes with concrete after they are laid and tested, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F of Convex Mirror 80cm in size with SS frame outdoor purpose including stand/padestal on 50mm SS tube of standared hight of posts, wall thickness, embedded on PCC 1:2:4 type B1 size 60x60x60cm and necessary form work, earthwork, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make : Darkeye / TATA BP / Gogia Plastic / Red Safe / Frontier. Note : The items shall be fitted by manufacturer/Company representive and the make should be approved by Engr in Charge before execution of the work.

S&F of ACP Road sign board of size 150cmx120cm, minimum thickness of ACP sheet 3mm on reflective laminated sheet any colour as required of user of surrounding 25mm SS Tube (wall thickness of tube not less than 3mm) frame with 50mm SS supporting poles with required design (wall thickness of pole not less than 3mm) with reflective logo on board and reflective markings, (colours and font size of words required by user) fixed sides of road with 600x600x600mm PCC (1:3:6),including necessary form work and earthwork, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F of Cat Eyes ABS body of size 12.50cmx12.50cm with reflective tape, Cast aluminium alloy fixed with specific nails on bituminous road including making good the disurbed surfaces, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The item shall be fitted by manufacturer/Company representive and the make shall be approved by Engr-In-Charge before execution of the work. M&l for returning filling in including, spereading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm in hard /dense soil, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.
