Construction of footpath in Upper Leh ( near Tsangbu house Tukcha , Katpa and Tukcha (bridge Gonpa )

Demolishing stone rubble masonry manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge :

Earth work in excavation by manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. All kinds of soil.

Dumping stones in horizontal level including cost of stones in horizontal level.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) upto plinth level with : Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Providing & fixing stabilized mud concrete solid blocks (adobe) with 3% cement, masonry up to floor five level including hoisting and setting in position in mud mortar using approved quality mud with carriage of material complete.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including

Providing and laying 80 mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-30 grade made by block making machine with storng vibratory compaction and of approved size and design/ shape laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand , filling the joints with coarse sand etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer -in- charge.

Chequerred precast cement concrete tiles 22 mm thick in footpath & courtyard, jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles, including rubbing and cleaning etc. complete, on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand). Ordinary cement without any pigment

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for : Foundations, footings, bases for columns

Carriage of material from source to site by mechnical transpost Cement lead= 3 km

Sand + Bajari lead = 25 km

Stone lead = 30 km

Carriage of material from source to site by Head load = 50 mtr Cement…......50 mtr
