Supply and fixing in replacement of 1100 volts grade heavy duty twin core cable PVC insulated sheathed aluminium stranded conductor of size 2.5 Sqmm for connection purpose complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Make : Plaza, Finolex, Kalinga .

Supply and fixing in replacement brackets made out of GI tubing light grade 40mm dia, 1.5 metre long bent to shape at 120 degree angle at half metre from bottom (as per sample), fixing on poles/walls for street light fitting including before fixing applying two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- Clamps and nut bolts for fixing as required shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item.

M & L for Painting of PCC LT poles 9 Mtr including flat iron clamps, cross arm and channels on poles fabricated from mild steel including nuts, bolts, washers, with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer after cleaning/ removal of dust etc. for preparation of steel surfaces all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply & fixing flood light fitting powder coated pressure die cast aluminium housing with mirror optic reflector toughened glass cover with high power LED 120 watt 240 volt 50 Hz and unique peanut lens with optics for uniform distribution with SMPS complete with drivers and LED, connectors prewired complete including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make : Bajaj Cat Part No BJFL 120W LED or equivallent in Havells/Crompton

Supply and fixing in replacement LT cable junction box, dust and water proof (IP65), out door type, made out of Polycarbonate with glass fiber re-inforced, size of box 200 x 160 x 98 mm with swiveling cover and locking clamp, pole mounting, consisting of aluminium bus bar strip 150mm x 20mm x 3mm, 4 Nos mounted on PVC insulator and provision of incoming/outgoing cables with grommets, including in built 6Amp MCB, SP, 9/10KA one No complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make :- Cat part K9250 of Hensel or equivalent in Sintex/Sagar Frp Industries Gurgaon Note :- (i) MS clamps and nut bolts for fixing the box along pole shall be measured & paid separately under appropriate item of this Schedule.

M & L for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in coping for electric poles or for stay assy etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-chage.

M & L for GI pipe medium grade, size 40 mm, laid in trenches / fixed to pole / wall for cable protection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-chage.

M&L for LED post top 40 watt made in cast aluminium spigot housing with decorative clear opal acrylic diffuser and IP 65 protection complete including fixing arrangement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-chage. Make : Bajaj Cat Pt No BGCT W4 LED WW or equivallent make in Crompton/HPL/Havells.

S&F ACSR conductor of size as specified on LT/HT overhead line including all jumper connection and binding on insulator and taking down old one complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-chage.

Dismantling of existing LT pole any size/type from foundation in necessary earth work including dismantling of concrete MS clamps nuts, bolts, earth wire, overhead lines conductor, insulators, gaurding cradles and other accessories complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-chage.

M & L for Cutting of grass, shurbs , bushes and small plants and their roots from the substation, receiving station and nearby transformers and electric installations and making neat and clean for safe working on installation and complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-chage.

S&F 5 mm thick MS chequred plate, made to shape & fixed on cable duct of Sub Stns including taking down old PCC duct covers complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-chage.

M & L for aggregate for loose filling of gauge, Hard core broken to gauge n exc 63mm in sub stations and main receiving station complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for earthing in repair complete with Galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 600x600x6mm thick buried directly in ground with earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below the normal ground level with top edge of plate not less than 1.5m below normal GL connected to GI earthing strip of size 32 x 6mm flat by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of Galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion and as directed.

M&L for Earthing in repairs complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 x 60 cm x 6.0 mm thick burried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 Mtr below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron earth Lead wire 4 mm dia as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, checknuts and washers of galvanised iron all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I, connected to GODO / Lightening arrester / LT panel all as specified including GI pipe 20 mm bore medium grade for watering, PCC chamber using PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 CI frame and cover, funnel and wiremesh, all excavation and earth work etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge [Note for Item 34 & 35: The unit rate shall be deemed to include for excavation & earth work in any type of soil, PCC (1:3:6) type C1 chamber, MS angle iron frame 40x40x6mm, RCC 1:2:4, Type B-1 cover 40mm thick reinforced with 8mm dia CTD bars @ 75mm c/c both ways, MS handle 12mm dia, CI funnel and wire mesh, GI watering pipe 20mm dia medium grade for watering, GI protection pipe light grade 40mm dia, earthing lead upto 7.5m complete all as specified in SSR Part-II and shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I.] (i) PCC chamber shall be constructed 1 m away from the earth pit and pipe for watering shall be provided in a slanting manner. Dismantaling / taking out old / unsv LT panel of any size and type from the site after disconnecting the LT cables from the panel complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Fabrication and replacement of rusted LT panel doors by gas welding as per sample including painting and fixing with hinges complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Removing/scraping of rust from LT panels, preparation of surface for painting and painting of LT panels with more than 250 amps incoming MCCB with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of synthetic enemel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M & L for reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) type B1 (1:2:4) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for repairs of broken transformer foundation bed top complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for disconnecting transformer HT and LT side and shifting the same from the foundation for repairs of foundation including T&P for shifting of transformer complete all as specified including placing the transformer back in position after repairs and reconnecting the LT & HT side of cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M & L for Painting of channel link fencing Including props and gets all steel fabrication of various Sub stns at Lalgarh Jattan with aluminium paint of approved quality.

M&L for Preperation of old painted steel surfaces, installation desplay boards of any discription over 10 cm width/grith and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L Writing letters or figures (Block, Roman, Italic or indian) n.exc 30 cm high complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge (measurement shall be carried out per CM of height). Note:- The contract sum shall be calculated by deducting the amount shown in Credit Schedule attached to this tender, from total amount of Schedule 'A'/BOQ
