S&F as in repair ERW Steel pipe, nominal dia 200 mm dia as per IS: 3589 (1981) Gr. 330 thickness minimum 6 mm fixed to wall, passing through concrete wall, on support structure, floor/trench etc. including making /drilling hole on cirumferance of pipe as per existing size and length and including cutting/ welding work and painting with two coat of synthetic enamel paint as per existing colour code on outer surface of pipe after one code of primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: Rate includes the cost of all welding work, cement work, joining flanged and fittings and making / drilling holes for movement of sewage water as required etc complete.

S&F as in replacement of galvanised steel water tubing, size 15 mm bore 'medium grade' ISI marked with & including all fittings such as socket, tee, nipple, elbow, reducer etc. and fixed to wall or laid on floors/ in trenches complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per above but water tubing 20 mm dia bore pipe.

Fixing only of GI water tubing 25 mm dia bore with necessary fittings i.e. Tee, Reducer, nipple, union, socket etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Taking down of old unserviceable MBBR media from reactor chamber and Supply and laying of MBBR bio pac Media for sewage treatment, fluidized bio media, made of vigin PP UV stablized, media height 16 mm, media diameter 22 mm with effective specific surface area of media 400 m2/m3 colour white, cylindrical with external fins, min voidage 98% complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F as in replacement of Tube settler media for sewage treatment, square shape, PVC, separator height 500mm, with 5.5 Sqm settling area/m2 by taking out oud unserviceable and fixing new by necessary cutting as required complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F as in replacement of water pressure gauge, Stainless Steel body (0-16) kg/cm2 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F as in repair Mild steel, plain black sheet, 1 mm thick in wall cladding, water tank, Valve Pit chamber, steel gates and similar work, cut to size , holes punched, including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plaint 40 mm lap joints or welded seams as directed by Engrineer-in-Charges

M&L for repair to centrifugal pump 12.5 / 20 HP by disconnecting from foundation, dismantling and replacement of unserviceable parts such as impeller, bushes, shaft sleeve, gland plate, gasket packing, studs bolts, nuts, washer etc. including repair to bearing seat and lathe work, turning, grinding, filling of material, finishing etc. on shaft and shaft key way as required including greasing/oiling and re-assembling the pump with proper alingnment with motor and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- Major parts like impeller, bushes, will be measured and paid separately.

Note: oil for blower will be measured and paid for seperately.

M&L for taking out defective non-clog sewage submersible pump set of capacity 7.5/10 HP from sewage well with proper T&P chain pulley as required and rewinding of unserviceable motor with supper enamelled copper winding wire of existing gauge inlcuding varnish, baking, and replacement of unserviceable parts i.e. bearing, impeller, key, thrust bearing etc. and refixing of the same and testing, comissioning complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per above but sewage submersible pumpset capacity 12.5/15 HP

Re-laying of 600 mm bore DI water pipe retrieved from above item No 66 in trenches and replacement of old unserviceable EPDM rubber gasket joint / tyton ring, and making leak proof joint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Supply and fix in replacement of 150 mm bore, cast Iron sluice valve, rising spindle type with flanged ends, ISI marked, IS:1486, class PN - 1.6 with stem of stainless steel and gun metal working part with iron hand wheel with nuts, bolts, washers and flange rubber gasket complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of 100 mm bore, cast Iron sluice valve, rising spindle type with flanged ends, ISI marked, IS:1486, class PN - 1.6 with stem of stainless steel and gun metal working part with iron hand wheel with nuts, bolts, washers and flange rubber gasket complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F as in repair Cast Iron foot valve for 100 mm bore pipe, flanged end / screwed as per IS-4038 with rubber seat with brass nut bolts and washer with flange rubber gasket complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
