Attending of complaints from 0900 hrs to 1700 hrs by deploying elelctrician along with helpers for checking of existing electrical items iincluding carrying out repairs such as tighting of loose electric connections, repair/replacement of switches, sockets, switch boards, tube rod, light fittings,Distribution Board, MCBs , No light, short circuit, current leakage in bldg/DBs etc as required to make the item functional and to ensure continuous electric supply complete all as specified and directed. Note : (a) Replacement of electric fitting shall be measured and paid separately under respective items (b) Rate quoted deemed to be inclusive of T&P etc (c) The safety and insurance of persons/helper engaged in Execution shall be responsibility of contractor. (d) As the Nos of complaints shall be on required basis the financial effect to this is deemed to be included in the item.

Taking down carefully aluminium / copper point wiring (light / fan / socket or power) complete including fitting such as switches, ceiling roses, socket, light fittings, regulators etc complete and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors all as specified and directed.

Taking down unserviceable Submain/Service cable of any size as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for point wiring in repair with PVC insulated, unsheathed single core multistranded copper conductor FRLS cable 1.5 sqmm size, 1100V grade, drawn into and including PVC rigid concealed conduit medium grade (ISI marked) including PVC unsheathed cable single core copper FRLS conductor 1.5 Sqmm as continuous earth wire and including pressed MS sheet sunken box 1.6 mm thick with 3 mm thick laminated bakelite sheet all as specified. Make of cable : Finolex/Havells/Plaza (a) One light / fan / call bell point controlled by one, one way switch.

(b) 5 amps socket on independent board

(c) 5 amps socket on same board

Do all as per ser item No- 4 above but with 2.5 sq mm cable for 15 amps switch socket combination outlet on independent board complete all as specified and directed.
