The scope includes Demolishing /Dismantling of existing brick work including its RCC, PCC, Plaster, sink, bibcock, other such items etc. as directed by EIC/SIC/Site Engineer. The scope also includes proper stacking of serviceable items such as bibcocks, sink etc. at the designated place and disposal/removal of other scrap/unserviceable material out of the Gail Premises beyond 2 Kilometer range. Any tools, tackles, material, labour, etc. required are included in this SOR. Total Quantity 50 M3

The scope includes Demolishing /Dismantling of existing Tile, marble, granite, Kota Stone, any other stone up to 25 mm thickness etc. in floors, walls, cabinets and roofs including removal of its cement mortar/PCC etc. and preparation of the surface to make it suitable for fresh plastering/new tiles/stone/marble/granite etc. fixing as directed by EIC/SIC/Site Engineer. The scope also includes proper stacking of serviceable items such as tiles/marble/granite (without cracks) etc. at the designated place and disposal/removal of other scrap/unserviceable material out of the Gail Premises beyond 2 Kilometre range. Any tools, tackles, material, labour, etc. required are included in this SOR. This SOR item does not include supply & fixing of fresh tile/marble/granite etc. Total Quantity 800 M2

The scope includes preparation of surface to make it suitable for fresh plastering/new tiles/stone/marble/granite etc. fixing by Demolishing /Dismantling of existing wall plaster/skirting raking out joints cleaning the surface for fresh plastering as directed by EIC/SIC/Site Engineer. The scope also includes proper stacking of serviceable items at the designated place and disposal/removal of other scrap/unserviceable material out of the Gail Premises beyond 2 Kilometre range. Any tools, tackles, material, labour, etc. required are included in this SOR. This SOR item does not include supply & fixing of fresh tile/marble/granite etc. Total Quantity 500 M2

The scope includes proper raking & hacking of the wall surface to make it suitable for plastering and then preparation of 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand) ratio or better cement mixture as directed by EIC/SIC/Site Engineer and applying the plaster which shall be minimum 12 mm thick. Further, post plastering, proper curing has to be done minimum twice a day for minimum seven days. For new constructed brick wall, proper water spraying/curing shall also be done prior to plastering. The scope also includes proper stacking of serviceable items at the designated place and disposal/removal of other scrap/unserviceable material out of the Gail Premises beyond 2 Kilometre range. Any tools, tackles, material, labour, etc. required are included in this SOR. Total Quantity 500 M2

The scope includes Providing and fixing of 1st quality ceramic glazed tiles (stain resistive) conforming to IS:15622 , of approved make (i.e., Kajaria, Somany, Cera, Hind ware, Asian Granito, Nitco) in all colours ,shades of any size between 600x600mm / 300x600mm / 395x395mm / 300x450mm as approved by EIC/SIC/Site Engineer, on walls, in skirting, risers of steps & daos, over 12 mm bed of cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per Sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete. The scope also includes proper stacking of serviceable items at the designated place and disposal/removal of other scrap/unserviceable material out of the Gail Premises beyond 2 Kilometre range. Any tools, tackles, material, labour, etc. required are included in this SOR. Total Quantity 600 M2

The scope includes Providing and fixing of Granite/Marble/Stone as directed by EIC/SIC/Site engineer which shall be minimum 18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, remoulded and prepolished ,machine cut for platform, window sills ,facias and similar locations of required size, shade , colour & texture as approved by EIC/SIC/Site Engineer, Joints treated with white cement with the matching pigment , epoxy touch-ups, including rubbing ,curing, moulding & polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels, including mortar bed 1:4 in required thickness as per site. Any tools, tackles, material, labour, etc. required are included in this SOR. Further, if required at site for the moulding/buffing/polishing, same shall be done as per EIC/SIC/Site Engineer directions without any additional cost implication Total Quantity 200 M2

The Scope includes provision of edge moulding to the existing 18 mm thick marble/Granite/stone counters, Vanities etc. Including machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc. complete as per design approved by EIC/SIC/Site Engineer. Any tools, tackles, material, labour, etc. required are included in this SOR. Total Quantity 267 M

The Scope Includes Cleaning of existing surface using scrapper, wire brush, amrey paper, Sand paper, buffing machine etc. to remove existing painting/putty/loose materials etc. and then Providing & Applying Plaster of Paris punning minimum 3 mm thick (nominal) on walls & minimum 2 mm thick on ceiling and up to 5mm thick on other areas as indicated and directed by EIC/SIC/Site Engineer. The scope also includes levelling and smooth finishing of the surface by rubbing post applying the POP/Putty. Further, post applying the POP/Putty, the scope also includes application of 01 coat of primer without any additional cost implication. Every step shall be checked by GAIL Site engineer/SIC. In case any defect/flaws observed, Rectification of the same shall be done by contractor without any additional cost implication to GAIL. Make (Birla white, JK Cement, Berger, Asian Paints, and Nerolac). Any tools, tackles, material, labour, etc. required are included in this SOR. Total Quantity 1000 M2

The scope includes cleaning & preparation of the surface for painting. Further The scope includes minor crack repairing, hole filling of walls/ceiling/Choukhat/Door/window etc using putty/white cement/pigment. Post this work, painting of the Ceiling/wall with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade and painting of wooden works/metallic works with premium enamel paint, having almost zero VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content of approved brand (Asian Paints, Berger Paints, Nerolac Paints) and colour (as asked by EIC), including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour - minimum Two coats or more coats (if required for even shade). The scope also includes applying of primer on new/old work prior to the painting if required/as asked by EIC/SIC/Site Engineer to get the even shade & finishing. Any tools, tackles, material, labour, etc. required are included in this SOR. Total Quantity 1000 M2

The Scope includes preparation of surface and Providing and laying vitrified Anti-skid tiles (Double charged) in size, colour & shade as approved by EIC/SIC/Site Engineer with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make (i.e., Kajaria, Somany, Cera, Hindware, Asian Granito, Nitco), laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ Sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete. Any tools, tackles, material, labour, etc. required are included in this SOR. Total Quantity 300 M2

The scope includes deployment of resources for misc. /unforeseen works as per the requirement raised by GAIL EIC/SIC/Site Engineer which cannot be measured. The resources deployed shall carry all required tools and tackles for the assigned work for which they are deployed. Under this scope, if any material is required separately for the work assigned, other than the tools and tackles, same shall be provided separately. The resource deployment shall be as follows:

Kitchen sink with drain board 510x1040 mm bowl depth 200 mm with buyback of existing sink (stainless steel & associated existing fixtures). The scope includes removal/dismantling of old taps/bibcocks/valves/ fittings etc. and supplying and installation of long body bibcocks of approved make, model and quality i.e., Jaquar, Hindware, Kohler, Cera in SS/Silver/chrome finish as directed by EIC/SIC/Site Engineer. Any tools, tackles, material, labour, etc. required are included in this SOR. The weight of bibcock shall not be less than 690 grams and bore size shall not be less than 15 mm. Further, the supplied bibcock must be a long body type wall mounted i.e., its length from wall to center point of bore shall not be less than 140 mm Total Quantity 45 EA

The scope includes Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes externally, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings. This includes fixing of pipes with clamps at maximum 1.0 meter spacing, jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement, cutting chases and making good the same, trenching, refilling & testing of joints, concealed work complete as per direction of EIC/SIC/Site Engineer. The scope also includes dismantling and proper disposal of old pipes wherever required as per direction of EIC/SIC/Site Engineer and making the walls look good. Any tools, tackles, material, labour, etc. required are included in this SOR. The pipe sizes are mentioned as below which shall not exceed + 20% (positive tolerance): 15 mm nominal outer dia Total Quantity 300 M

The Scope Includes Removing dry or water/oil bound distemper, white or colour wash or any paint (which may be emulsion, acrylic, putty, Enamel etc. any type of paint) by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary minor repairs with putty etc. complete Rate is inclusive of necessary scaffolding, labour and all materials required to complete the work. Any tools, tackles, material, labour, etc. required are included in this SOR. Total Quantity 1000 M2

The scope includes Providing and laying cement concrete and finishing:1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone (aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in retaining walls, return walls, walls ( of any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, shelfs, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc., up to floor five level as per directions of EIC/SIC/Site engineer. The preparation & placing in position of reinforcement structure wherever required is included however cost of the reinforcement bars is not included. The Scope also includes proper curing of the work done at least twice a day for minimum of seven days. Any tools, tackles, material, labour, etc. required are included in this SOR. This SOR Item excludes the cost of centering, shuttering and reinforcement bars. Total Quantity 5 CUM

The scope includes supply of Steel Reinforcement for RCC work including straightening, cutting bending, placing in position, C/W/G etc. all complete as directed by EIC/SIC/Site Engineer using TMT bars of size as directed by EIC/SIC/Site Engineer. Approved Make: TATA Tiscon, JSW Neosteel, SAIL, Kamdhenu Nxt, Jindal Panther, Rathi. Any tools, tackles, material, labour, etc. required are included in this SOR. Total Quantity 400 KG

The scope includes Providing Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping, bracers, etc. and removal of form for: Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access, platform, Shelves (Cast in situ), etc. at all levels as directed by EIC/SIC/Site Engineer. The scope includes proper oiling of the shuttering plates for smooth output surface. The SOR also includes checking of level using mercury levelling gauge. Any tools, tackles, material, labour, etc. required are included in this SOR. Total Quantity 11 M2

The scope includes Providing and laying "Half brick masonry with bricks of class designation 75 or better in foundation and plinth & superstructure in Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand)" FPS non modular bricks. The water absorption must not exceed 15%, effloresce must not be greater than “Moderate. Compressive strength shall not be less than 75 Kgf/cm2. LxWxH: 230X110X70 mm + 10% (positive tolerance). Bricks shall be free from cracks and flaws and nodules of free lime. Bricks shall have smooth rectangular faces with sharp corners. Bricks shall be uniform in colour. Make: Jindal Mechno Bricks, Bharat Bricks, Balaji Bricks, KBM, Deluxe Bricks. The Scope also includes cost of transportation of the bricks from manufacturer to the GAIL Site. If the mentioned make is not available, than approval from EIC is mandatory for using any other brand. However the specification must be the same. Further, Scope also includes testing of the bricks (Compressive Strength, Effloresce and water absorption test) at approved laboratory. The scope includes proper curing at least twice a day for minimum of 7 days. Any tools, tackles, material, labour, etc. required are included in this SOR. Total Quantity 100 M2
