Make:- Havells, Crompton, Bajaj or equivalent as approved by GE.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of 5 star rated, Inverter technology split air condition of capacity 2.0 TR (6000 Kcal/Hr) complete with cordless remote control unit and air ionizer and plasma filter for better air quality. Indoor unit shall be Hi wall mounted type suitable for 230 volts, 50 Hz, single phase AC supply and capable of performing the function as cooling, air circulating and filtering. The air condition shall be complete with automatic temperature control ( by comprising of variable speed / variable tonnage depending upon heat load inside the room) with electronic thermostat complete as per IS 11338 of 1985. Outdoor unit of the AC shall be fitted with discharge cooled type rotary / scroll compressors operating on non CFC refrigerant with suitably rated capacitors start electric motor equipped with overload protection and duly mounted on resilient mounting for quite operation. The casing of indoor unit shall be made of ABS/HIPS/GS. The control box of the indoor unit shall with stand flame retardant test to grade V/O as per UL 94. The filter packs provided shall be washable. Remote cordless control with LCD/LED display shall be provided on indoor unit and on handset. Overall powder factor of the unit shall not be less than 0.85 at operating conditions. S & F Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation single phase naturally air cooled indoor type and designed for input variation between 90V to 270 V with out put voltage stabilizer at 230v with accuracy of + 2.5% and of capacity 5 KVA complete all as specified & directed.

Supply & laying of copper tubing of dia 5/8 inch dia including insulation with heavy duty rubber foam & brazing work complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & laying of copper tubing of dia 15 mm dia including insulation with heavy duty rubber foam & brazing work complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC insulated flexible wire four core 2.5 sqmm copper conductor 1100 volt grade heavy duty complete all as specified and directed. .

Supply, installation, commissioning & testing of desert cooler overall minimum size 650 mm X 650 mm X 910 mm electric driven, 230 Volts, single phase, 50 Hz supply having nominal air flow capacity of 5000 Cfm or nearest standard size shall be placed on existing platform / stand including provision of PVC braided connection heavy duty 750 mm long with brass union at both ends for necessary water connection complete. (n) Stop valve & PVC water connection pipe shall be deemed to included in rate quoted by the bidder.

Supply, installation, commissioning & testing of water cooler of full stainless steel (FSS), electric driven, single phase, having nominal cooling capacity 40 ltr and storage capacity of 80 Litres (environmental friendly gas) including provision of PVC braided connection heavy duty 750 mm long with brass union both ends suitable for 15 mm bore GI pipe water connection and necessary drain out water PVC pipe of suitable dia and length as required complete all as specified & directed. Note:- (i) Quoted rate deemed to be included cost of PVC connection, drain out water PVC pipe etc
