SUB ESTIMATE I,II,III,IV,VII Notes on e financial Bidding for Measureable sub estimates : - The bidder shall decide percentage +X on the total amount for measureable sub estimates, in the item rate BOQ he should enter 1+X%. The bidder shall decide percentage -X on the total amount for measureable sub estimates, in the item rate BOQ he should enter 1-X%. For example - If X is +9%, the rate in BOQ = 1+9/100 = 1.09 If X is -9%, the rate in BOQ = 1-9/100 = 0.91

SUB ESTIMATE V, VI Note : - 1) The Bidders will be reimbursed royalty amount after production of receipt showing amount deposited with government 2) The Contract Will Carry Out Tests As Per Frequency Mentioned In The Specifications And Quality Control Manual. In The Site Laboratory Set As Per Provisions Of The Agreement. However 10% Of The Tests Shall Be Carried Out By 3rd Party Institute Like PWD/COEP/GPP/NABL Lab. Charges Of This 3rd Party Testing Only Will Be Reimbursed On Submission of Proof Of Payment 3) The Bidder shall quote project cost without GST. Employer will reimburse GST in every R.A. bill and final bill at then prevailing GST rates applicable from time to time . 4) The bidder shall note that the cost of constructing one refuse area / building (42 nos. for project) as shown in the drawing (as per NBC 2016) is incidental to work. Employer will not consider any payment against this work. 5) Payment agains the dwelling units shall be made as per payment breakdown schedule enclosed in Volume II
