Note: The above quoted rate includes the control wiring required for the connection of new ARD alongwith batteries with the main drive assembly of the lift, testing of the ARD system after installation.

Material & labour required for servicing and overhauling of Machine unit of 26 passenger capacity lift comprising of replacement of gear bearing , motor bushings , machine oil seal kit of 15 Hp motor , including proper greasing of bearings , replacement of old unserviceable nut and bolts, including placing of safety cover to machine unit pully and movable parts etc.complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for scrapping old paint and rust on the suraface of the DG set of capacity 320 KVA complete with the scrappig machine, cleaning the scrapped surface and preparation of surface of DG set, DG set enclosures, diesel tank, rolling shutter of DG set, DG panel board and painting with single coat of primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint to match with existing colour and painting the exhaust pipe with aluminium paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs of AVR Model AS 440 of alteranator 3 phase 415 Volts of 320 KVA compatible with Alternator of Make :Stamford complete alongwith testing after fixing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs of Rectifier service Kit of alteranator 3 phase 415 Volts of 320 KVA ompatible with Alternator of Make :Stamford complete alongwith testing after fixing all as directed.

Supply and Fix in repairs of new battery of capacity 12 volts 180 AH battery complete alongwith newbattery lead of copper conductor of 10 Sqmm cross-sectional area, multistranded, single core, PVC insulated fitted with lugs/ terminals at one end and brass terminals at other end, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The battery lead replaced shall have colour as per colour coding. all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L cleaning of radiator of DG set 320 Kva by diluted radiator cleaning solution (Ready to Wash) by using pressure pump and brush and testing for any leakages, and carrying out the necessary brazing/welding work whichever is necessary, and testing the radiator tubes and fins for any leakages complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out & caliberation of fuel injection pump, testing complete and refixing the same to original position etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode of size 60cmx60cmx6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level connected with GI strip 32 x 6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, checknuts and washers of galvanised iron or steelincluding necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50m, with and including PCC chamber in PCC(1:2:4) type B1, using (20 mm graded stone aggregate),"mild steel angle iron frame" made out of MS angle iron of size 40x40x6 mm thick duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer hinged with and including 10 mm thick CI cover with handle, watering arrangement with funnel internally secured with wire mesh with 20mm dia medium grade GI pipe for watering, 40 mm dia light grade, GI pipe for lead protection in & including alternate layers of charcoal dust and common salt complete all as shown in electrical "Plate No-3 of SSR Part-I-2009" and connected to earthing test point all as specified and as directed including testing on completion.

Servicing of 320 KVA DG set of make Greaves Mode;l No 7 BD 2 V 12 MK II HP -396 , by opening up the rocker and cover, adjusting the rocker arm tappet gap, removing & cleaning the inlet & outlet valves, replacement of tappet cover gaskets, checking & adjusting fuel injection timing, removing the diesel feed pipes, cleaning throughly & pressure testing, removing the oil sump of engine, cleaning & replacement of Engine Oil , oil filters, fuel fitters, replacement of inlet manifold gasket, draining out diesel from diesel storage tank completely, cleaning the tank & drying, outlet & over flow pipes from tank to engine. including replacement of spare parts as require etc complete all as spcified and as directed. Note- (i) Servicing of DG set has to be done by authorised service engineers. (ii) Spare parts required will be measured and paid separately. (iii) Unit rate quoted shall be deemed to be included removing and fixing spare parts.

S&F in repairs hose box made of 18 gauge MS Sheet 800mm X 600mm X 250mm with double door with 4 mm thick glasses and door frame made of 16 gauge MS sheet painted fire red out side and brilliant white inside yard complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement LED street light fitting 35 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum housing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant, including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection and inbuilt surge protection all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fix in repair PVC insulated and sheathed copper multistranded cable three core 2.5 sqmm, heavy duty through or on pole connecting in cable looping box of street light fitting all as specified and as directed.
