Supply, installation and testing of chemical earthing in specially developed Tripod system consisting of 3 Nos of chemical earthings equally spaced at a distance as per IS 3043 & IEEE80 with each earthing consisting of 99.9% copper earthing electrodes, minimum outer dia 50mm, 3 mtr long pipe with internally high grade earth enhancement chemical filling compound to provide better conductivity to rod, not less than 50 Kgs high grade earthing compound to provide earthing value less than one ohm and connecting entire tripod earthing system with 32 x 6 mm copper strip complete, earh enhancement compound suitable for all soil conditions to increase the life of the earthing electrodes non toxic, non reactive non explosive and environmently freindly including complete all as specified and as directed. Note : The quoted rate includes the following (i) Auguring or boring a hole of 4-6 inches in diameter to a suitable depth of not less than 3 mtr.T&P required for auguring or boring complete. (ii) Placing of electrode in a center of pit (iii) Mixing an earth enhancement compound in a bucket and make slurry. (iv) Pouring that slurry in a hole surrounding the rod. (v) Providing 99.9% copper earth electrode. (vi) Connecting the copper strip with the copper busbar mounted on insulator (vii) Providing a earth pit & pit cover on the installed earthing. (viii) 32 x 6 mm copper strip upto test terminal block.

Material and labour earthing with copper plate 60cm × 60cm × 3.15mm thick electrode and 20×3mm copper strip as earthing lead, buried directly in ground to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr deep below normal ground level connected to 20×3 mm copper strip as earthing lead by means of nuts, bolts and washers of steel after welding of GI strip to earth electrode to the full length of earth plate, GI medium grade pipe 40 mm bore protection pipe upto test point, 20mm dia GI light grade watering pipe with funnel and wire mesh, RCC pit cover of size 300x300x40mm reinforced with XPM having weight not less than 4Kg/sqmm including 6mm thick MS bar handle made to shape, PCC pit with 1:3:6 type C1, adequate qty of charcoal dust and salt layers all around the earth plate, excavation , earth work in any type of soil, removal of excavated soil and returning filling in all as required at site complete all as specified in plate No 3 of SSR Part-I and all as specified or indicated including testing on completion. NOTE :-Rates inclusive of necessary excavation in any type of soil, earth work, PCC pit, RCC cover, funnel with watering pipe,Copper earth strip upto 7.5 m long for connecting to test point etc. all as required at site for complete earthing.

M&L for copper earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead of size 20mm x 3mm fixed to wall on batten/recess/chases/buried in ground/ drawn in conduit/pipe/fixed to poles/roof or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc using porcelain clit/post insulators, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Necessary scaffolding for fixing of copper strip deemed to be included in the quoted rate for high rise building.

Supply & fixing as in repair IP 65/66 thermoplastic-polycarbonate cable junction box of approx outer size 205X255X112 with terminal suitable for cable entry upto 3.5 core, 25 Sqmm which is totally shock proof, water proof, halogen free, silica and having internally embedded gasket technology fixing on surface / frame complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in -charge.

M & L for PVC insulated sleeve suitable for protection of earth conductor /strip of size 20 X3 mm copper Strip on ground / wall including complete all as specified and directed.

Note: The quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of necessary copper lugs for end termination at both ends as per site requirement.
