Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes ,scrubs,saplings and trees of girths upto 300mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlie and disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable materials to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150mm thickness as per technical specification clause 201. etc. comp (km 0/0 - 2/05

Earth work excavation and depositing on bank with initial lead of 10m initial lift of 2m in Hard stiff clay soil etc complete for open foundation as per SS 20 A

Providing and laying gravel to 100mm compacted thick including labour for spreading, watering and compacting by power roller to achieve the required proctor density at 100%

Picking the existing wornout BT surface to 5-10 cm thick including all labour charges etc complete (km 0/0 - 2/05

Providing and laying Water Bound Macadam Grading - II ( 75mm to 22.40mm)IRC HBGmetal consisting of clean, crushed aggregates mechanincally interlocked by rolling and bonding together with screening binding material of 0.24 cum for 10 sqm (the material passing 425 microns sieve shall have liquid limit and plasticity index not more than 20 & 6% repectively)and finished in accordance with the requirements of the specification and thickness as per approved plans or as directed by the Engineer (Mix -in - place method)

Providing and laying Water Bound Macadam Grading - III(63mm to11.20mm)IRC HBG of 75mm consolidated thickness consisting of clean, crushed aggregates mechanincally interlocked by rolling and bonding together with screening binding material of 0.24 cum for 10 sqm (the material passing 425 microns sieve shall have liquid limit and plasticity index not more than 20 & 6% repectively) and finished in accordance with the requirements of the specification and thickness as per approved plans or as directed by the Engineer as per clause 405 of MORD revision I(Mix -in - place method) Rate for 10sqm

Applying TACK COAT over WBM surface at 4Kg / 10 sq.m including labour for spraying, hire charges for bitumen sprayer etc. Comp.

Providing and laying Premix Carpet with Seal Coat Type -A to 20mm thick using 0.18cum of 13.2mm, 0.09 cum of 11.20mm and .09cum of 6.70mm with 24.40 Kgs of VG 30 Bitumen for premixing per 10sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in Central Hot Mix Plant 20-30T capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 20mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross section and consolidated by 8-10T vibratory/pneumatic roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site, hire & fuel charges for 20-30T CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, paver finisher, vibratory/pneumatic roller and all other tools and plants required, including fuel and other incidental charges etc., complete Bitumen with 1.168 KG plastic Waste for pre-mixing 10 sqm of premix carpet and laying seal coat type "A" using 0.09 cum of 6.70 mm IRC HBG chips with 9.80 Kg of bitumen for 10 sqm including cost and conveyence of materials (km 0/0 -1/500
