Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick with soils in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

ITEMS APPLICABLE FOR JOB 'A':-

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Surface dressing n exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing Excavated soils exceeding 250 m but not exceeding 500 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC type D2 ,1:4:8 (Using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:3:6), type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing precast cement concrete solid building blocks or slabs 10cm thick (with plain or interlocking joints as directed) type C1, 1:3:6 ( 20 mm graded aggregate) and setting in mortar 1: 6 , complete in walls complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for hardcore of gauge not exceeding 63 mm of broken stone, deposited, spread and leveled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc.,of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) for hard standing including finishing the surface even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 100 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) for floor including finishing the surface even and smooth with using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel tubular trusses, purlins, fencing posts,crane gantries rails and fastenings including special shaped washer etc complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes Conforming to IS 1161-1979 grade St -240 including distance pieces, cleats , nut & bolt any size & length etc. complete all as specified and directed.

ITEMS APPLICABLE FOR JOB 'B':-

S&F Acoustics ‘’ Woodlot ’’ Premium 2430x131x16mm made of exterior grade HDF backed with acoustical Fleece providing sound absorption of 0.88 NRC as per ISO 354 ,to be installed with 15mm Aluminium profile conforms to Aluminium Alloy 6063-T 6.Temper as per BS:1474-1987 and Aluminium lock in clips on the back of tongue and Groove system. The density per panel is 750-800 kg/m3.The panels come with tongue & groove for seamless patterns,4-28mm Groove and visible panel. These slats are made from acoustical fibreboard with linear perforations for excellent uniformity. The perpendicular holes are available on the back of panel which are covered by black acoustical fleece. Achieves sound reduction of 0.88 NRC,which is installed on G.I studs (600 mm x 600 mm c/c ) of size 2400mm X 50mm web thickness 0.5mm, flanges 15 & 50mm fully knurled giving it high strength, hot dipped galvanized steel with 120GSM zinc coating specially designed for Acoustic vibration management and long life with a backing of 50mm thick,1000 GSM absorb wool tested as per Fire Retardant ASTMD 635-1991/Insulation and IS15061-2002 for excellent results complete all as specified and directed. (Note : The rate quoted shall be inclusive for removing and refixing of ACs and any other electrical equipments all as directed)

S&F Stainless steel wire cloth, 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with tinned tacks, or galvanised wire staples complete all as specified and directed.

S&F sheet glass, 4mm thick ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square n.exc 0.5 Sqm in each pane complete all as specified and directed.

ITEMS APPLICABLE FOR JOB 'C':-

S&F Kitchen utensil rack in steel made of premium grade stainless steel and highly durable and rust-proof of size not less than 90 cm x 80 cm x 20 cm complete all as specified and directed.

ITEMS APPLICABLE FOR JOB 'D':-

S&F powder coated anodised aluminium frame (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc.complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs powder coated anodised aluminium door, window and ventilator shutters (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron), aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, ruber neoprene packing, handles 2 Nos in each door, hinges, anodised aluminum snap beading screws etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 12mm th Prelaminated medium density fibre particle board, exterior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination, fixed with screws to timber frame work complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls, etc. Including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and exc 1.5 mtr in depth or part thereof in hard/dense soil and getting out for laying of underground cables and foundation for poles etc complete all as specified and directed.

Removing Excavated soils exceeding n. exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Steel water tubes, medium grade, ISI marked, galvanised with all fittings, laid in trenches/ on ground / on wall complete all as specified and directed of the under mentioned sizes:-
