Charges for dismantling, reconditioning and reassembling of existing worn out hot air damper leaf holding regulating S.S. shaft.
Charges for cutting & removing the worn out S.S. plate of size 110 mm x 1300 mm x 12 mm thick x 3 Nos. plate (Left, Right & Bottom), grinding the cutting edges, cutting the new M.S. plate of size 110 mm x 1300 mm x 12 mm thick x 3 Nos. plate, drilling the dia. 14 mm holes x 9 Nos. for fixing hot air gate seals and refixing the new fabricated plate with proper clearance setting for in/outward of gate plate into seals for arresting the hot air leak.

Cost of 8 mm Graphite filed PTFE Square section Gland Rope. Champion Style-36 Grade or Equivalent
Seal kit for 1 No. Hot air gate pneumatic power cylinder (Cylinder bore size : dia. 200 mm) suitable for XRP 803 mills.
Cost of HT bolt of size : M12 mm x 75 mm, Full thread, Nut & Washer.
