Renovation of the old Community Medicine Dept for partial shifting and accomodation of Biochemistry Deptartment

Taking out doors, windows and clerestory window shutters (steelor wood) including stacking within 50 metres lead:

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaningthe surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to thedumping ground within 50 metres lead.

Structural steel work in single section fixed with or without connecting plate including cutting,hoisting,fixing in position and applying coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory window sand other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fastener of required dia and length (hold fast lugs or dash fastener shall be paid for separately : Local best quality Tolhao wood.

Providing and fixing panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows including ISI marked M.S butt hinges brightf inished of required size with necessary screws, excluding panelling which will be paid for separately, all completeas per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
