Demolition of plain cement Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed

M&L for providing cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 16-18 mm thick Spotless Makrana white marble work with superior quality stone table rubbed and Mirror polished of size not less than 2.16 sqm as in floor laid over and including 20 mm thick screed bed of CM (1:6) including jointing and pointing in white cement mixed with pigment to match with marble shade including grinding and polishing to mirror finished complete all as specified and directed. Notes tor item No. 3:- (i) Contractor shall procure stone in bulk only after approval of sample by GE. (ii) Procured material shall be incorporated in the work after approval of material as per sample approved by GE. (iii) Before quoting of rates contractor may visit GE's office for sample of stone used (iv) Area of Inlay marble work and narrow strip work (item No. 5 to 11) shall be deducted from the total floor area for the purpose of payment of this item. Inlay marble work and narrow strip work shall be measured and paid under respective items of this BOQ. (v) Stone used shall be in single peice slab of area not less than 2.16 Sqm each, stones of smaller size shall be permitted for corner/edge spots, restricted spaces as per direction of Engineer in Charge

M&L for 16-18 mm thick Spotless Makrana white marble work with superior quality stone table rubbed and Mirror polished as in dado / skirting , steps, jambs, pillars, window, cills, cooking platforms and like fixed over and including 15 mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) including jointing and pointing in white cement mixed with pigment to match with marble shade including grinding and polishing to mirror finished complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 16-18 mm thick Makrana marble work with superior quality stone table rubbed and Mirror polished but as in narrow width/ strips in floors using red colour marble stone width not exceeding 30 CM wide laid over and including 20 mm thick screed bed of CM (1:6) including jointing and pointing in white cement mixed with pigment to match with marble shade including grinding and polishing to mirror finished complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 16-18 mm thick black granite work with superior quality stone table rubbed and Mirror polished as in narrow strip of width not less than 75 mm wide as shown in drawing including 20 mm thick screed bed of CM (1:6) including jointing and pointing in white cement mixed with pigment to match with granite shade including grinding and polishing to mirror finished complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for inlay designer coloured marble work in floors of size and pattern/design as shown on drawing Marked 'A', (Patalpuri Basement Temple) laid over and including 20 mm thick screed bed of CM (1:6) including jointing and pointing in white cement mixed with pigment to match with marble shade including grinding and polishing to mirror finished complete all as specified and directed.

Removal demolished material from site of distance exceeding 500 mtr but not exceeding 1.0 KM and including loading, unloading and stacking at the destination ,complete all as specified and directed. Note:- One metric tonne shall mean 'One Load'. Moreover, one load of different type of building materials shall be worked out as per preamble (b) 1 to 15 of section-21 (Removing bulding materials) of SSR Part-II (2020).
