Schedule 'A' Part-I General Note as applicable for serial item No 2.00 of BoQ/Sch 'A' Part-I Contractors attention is hereby invited that estimated cost of serial item No. 2.00 is Rs. 8,97,500.00 based on prevailing rates of Schedule of Minimum fair wages. Quoted amount against serial item No. 2.00 is less than the amount the work (Estimated of serial item No. 2.00 of BoQ/Sch 'A' Part-I) then lowest bidder will have to deposit FDR in favour of Accepting Officer within 07 days from financial bid opened difference in Estimated cost & quoted amount of serial item No. 2.00, in case lowest bidder said FDR is not submitted within stipulated period as mentioned above. The contractor shall be banned for 06 month & thier bid will be rejected and financial bid will not be opened for next 06 months. FDR submitted by the contractor within 07 days from financial bid opened and the same will be realesed only after satisfactory proof of payment of deployed person under the respective serial item No. 2.00 of Sch 'A' Part-I.

Manning and Operation of 11 KV Sub Station, Chandan 3 AFRU and all equipments installed at site and including DG Set, AC Plant etc. One (Skilled Electrician) in three shift of 8 hrs each for 24 hours continuous operation in a day (including Sunday/Hiliday) to maintain sub station in/out side HT Panels as specified, including daily and weekly check-up, monthly quarterly and half yearly maintenance as per Maint. schedule specified under particular specification with all minor consumable and expendable items and labour and tools for smooth and efficient operation all as specified and directed. Note for item No. 2.00 : (a) The contractor shall take over all equipment in serviceable condition at the time of commencement of contract and shall hand over in the same state at the time of completion of contract period. Any damage/loss shall be made good by the contractor at the time of completion of contract. GE's decision will be final and binding. (b) Daily cleaning of all Panels, transformers, recording meter readings. (c) Daily cleaning of all rooms viz floor, walls and ceiling fan including internal electrical fixtures. (d) No unauthorized person shall be allowed to enter in sub division. (e) 11 KV Sub Station will be operated 24 hours round the clock including Sunday/Holidays.

Notes for Serial item No. 2.00 :- (f) All T&P insulating cloths, for operators, log-books, instruction board duly laminated for 'DO or "NOT DO" Fire safety instruction board etc. shall be provided by the contractor. (g) During maintenance & operation of 11 KV Sub station, any parts found defective and require to be replaced same will be measured and paid under Schedule 'A' Part-II. (h) Contractor shall be responsible for group insurance for eleven month of manpower deployed by him against the contract. (j) Contractor shall provided proper uniform of the operator as deployed by him and dress code shall be approved by GE/AGE concerned. (k) Daily attendance register shall be maintained by both contractor and concerned JE and register weekly putup to concerned AGE for the record purpose. (l) Labour deployed by the contractor shall be responsible for complete area cleaning of 11 KV installation, DG Romm, AC Plant etc inside / outside all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (m) Fuel for operation of DG Sets shall be supplied by the Department as free for filling only. However storage facilities of fuel and collection of fuel from MES Store shall be provided by the contractor. (n) Daily log sheet for running hours, fuel consumption register shall be maintained by the contractor and signed by the JE /Other superintending staff employed by the contractor. (o) Daily checking of oil level, Oil pressure, priming, frequencey temperature shall carried out and records shall be maintained.

Schedule 'A' Part-II Sheet metal enclosure powder coated single phase DB VTPN 4 ways and neutral 415 Volts, AC, 50 Hz, with 200 Amps rated bus bar Double Door (IP-43) suitable for fixing of MCBs including fixing of lugs in main incomming and outgoing line and fixing of cable glands of suitable size including grouting flush in the wall by means of nuts, bolts, angle iron and making good disturbed surfaces including taking down old unserviceable complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of steel surfaces for steel tubular electric poles, swan neck pole of HT/LT over head line and all mild steel clamps, cross arms work on poles with apply one coat of superior aluminium paint upto 1.50 mtr length and making of pole number and five alternate strips each 30cm wide with black and navy blue colour for LT Poles and black and red colour for HT Poles using painted upto 1.50mtr height from top of PCC foundation block complete all as specified and directed.

Galvanized steel water tubing light grade of 40mm bore with & including all fittings complete, laid in trenches, including taking up or down old unserviceable steel water tubing and connections of 40mm bore, complete all as specified and directed.

Galvanized steel water tubing light grade of 50mm bore with & including all fittings complete, laid in trenches, including taking up or down old unserviceable steel water tubing and connections of 50mm bore, complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated soil/ material to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 metre above the starting point complete all as specified.

Stone patti 40 to 50mm thick rough dressed Jodhpur stone slab cover in trenches for protection of cable 25 to 35cm wide and not less than 80cm in length laid dry abutting each other with gap between adjacent slab not exceeding 10mm over sand cushioning complete all as specified and directed.

Dry sand cushioning to underground cable provided with a layer of 8cm deep before laying cable and 15cm after laying of cable and punned to 18cm after laying of cable and cover for protection of underground cable complete all as specified and directed. Notes :- (i) Approved dry sand free from vegetation, grass and other deleterious substances shall be used. (ii) For the purpose of payment only punned thickness shall be measured for payment.

Earthing complete with galvanished earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 deep below normal ground level and connected to galvanished iron earth lead strip 32mmx6mm upto 7.50 metre, by means of GI nuts, bolt, check nuts, washers, thimbles, etc as shown in electrical plate No. 5 SSR Part-I and connection to main switch board or panel and testing on completion including excavation and earth work in any type to soil, returning fitting in and removal of surface spoil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre, PCC chamber (1:3:6) type C-2, charcoal and salt mixed layer 15cm thick all around the earth plate electrode, MS funnel with wire mesh, GI pipe light grade 20mm bore for watering and 50mm bore GI pipe light grade for earth wire protection fixed with poles with two clamps, made from earth lead strip 32mm x 6mm, bolts, nuts and washers, 80mm thick pre cast RCC cover 1:2:4, type B-1, reinforced with hard drawn steel wire fabric wieghing not less than 4 Kg/Sqm in lieu of CI cover etc including taking down old earth complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) The unit rate shall be deemed to included for Test point, 32mmx6mm GI strip from top of the earth plate upto 7.50m above ground level. In case, GI protection pipe required is less than 7.50m, no price adjustment shall be made. (ii) PCC pit shall be provided at least 500mm away from the earth pit and not just on the earth pit and extra cost of additional length of water pipes and fittings, junctions, elbow etc shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the tenderer.

Trimming of trees branches clearing both side 4.0 metre all around by cutting trees branches at ground level of any numbers and any girth on any number of conductor/earth wire of LT/HT over head line during the treeming first taken proper shutdown by informing the concerned JE (E/M) and Engr-in-Charge. Note : (ii) This item shall not operated against item No. 42.00 above. (ii) Pole to Pole distance shall be measured & paid as one unit.

Cable jointing kit for 1100 Volts grade LT cable for straight through heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 25 sqmm 3.5/4 core to 95 sqmm 3.5 core including dismantling & taking out old unserviceable jointing kit complete all as specified and directed

PVC LT line seperator on existing LT over head line to create gap between the line wire complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Necessary T&P as required like ladder/vehicle etc shall be arranged by the contractor for fixing the PVT LT line seperator.

PVC insulated and fire retardant PVC sheathed, copper conductor of round cable size 1.5 sqmm, 3 core for electric connection from feeder /looping box /street light over head line to street light fittings including taking out old unserviceable cable from pole all as specified and directed.

Preparation of existing old painted surface of any description such as LT Panel board, LT feeder Pillar box, LT bus bar chamber at any height and painted inside and outside (strictly existing shade) complete after scratching existing rusted surface then applying one coat of paint (superior quality smoke grey) to achieve fine finishing all around the panels and plinth including repairing of complete LT panel by welding of hinges, door and locking arrangement complete all as directed and directed.

Boring Hole/Driling (Horizontally) under the road / pavement / hard standing with the help of trenchless and necessary machine for inserting Galvanised steel pipe of size 100/80mm not less than one metre below ground level complete all as specified and directed Note : GI pipe shall be measured and paid for seperately in respective items.
