M & L for maintenance/repairs and periodical check with skilled crane repairer to all component of EOT crane 2 Ton capacity including limit switches vertical and horizontal motion and longitudial motion and load testing, greasing/ lubrication to all movable parts, rail track line of crane, adjustment/ rectification of flexible cable with cable carrier/ replacement of PVC cable carriers, rectification/ tightening of all electrical connections at main EOT panels and connected electrical drive motors, checking and rectification of brake system with replacement of tie rod , replacement of gear oil/ replacements of gasket/oil seal and required nut and bolts checking/rectification of portable/ pendent control panel and checking/rectification of cranes light points for smooth functioning and cleaning and dusting of all components for 3 time in every month complete all as specified and directed. Note-(i) All spares parts/ item/stores reuired for replacement shall be measured and paid saperately in respective items of BOQ. (ii) Any defect developed during the repair or period check of crance will be recfified by the contractor at his own cost within 24 hours otherwiswe a recovery @ Rs 5000.00 per day will be effected from the contractor.

Supply and Fixing in Replacement of Lever Type Limit Switch 2 Way Type LS /2SH2 in IP54 enclosure with two Contacts for 2 Ton crane complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing in Replacement of Rotary Type Limit Switch Gear Ratio 48:1 with 2 N.O.+2 N.C. Contact in IP54 Enclosure all is directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of electromagnetic break 200 mm 415 V AC supply for hoist motion complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing in Replacement of Electro hydraulic thruster operated brake suitable for hoisting motion/cross travel motion for crane 2 Ton crane, 415V, AC supply complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing in Replacement of Electro Hydraulic Thruster Break shoe 250 mm and 18 Kg for Hoist Motion/cross travel motion all as directed.

M&L for repairing of Helical Gear Box for Hoist Motion Horizontal Type opening and removing Hoist Gear Box Top Cover by unscrewing Nut Bolts , side shaft plates etc & replacement of damaged oil Seal , gaskets of suitable size and replacement of gear oil after washing flushing & cleaning gear Box Chamber completely by kerosene oil,and refixing the same as directed. Note : ( Gear oill will be measured & Paid separately)

Dismantling/strip opening micro drive box complete with rectifier transformer arrangement, megnatic disc both side coupling for remotting both side ends of driving shaft (gear box coupling side and braking arrangement coupling side) making multi key arrangement on both the shaft and coupling (Teeth system) to avoid any kind of play in coupling and shaft including replacement of 04 No carbon bushes, replacement of 02 No gun metal bushes including making oiling arrangement in bushes and side covers of bushes/housing of micro drive reassembling/testing complete (crane capacity 2 Ton) all as specified and directed..

M &L for Repair/replacement of Push Button Station 8 way and replacement of unserviciable Push Button with Element complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling carefully motor electric squirrel cage induction type and carrying out rewinding with super enamelled copper winding wire of suitable size so as to provide rated output at rated speed complete including all other winding materials such as leathroid paper,bamboo strips,PVC insulation tape,cotton tape, PVC sleeves,insulation varnish etc complete including assembling testing and comprising of motors of 3 phase 400-440 Volts, 50 cycles/second, 1440 RPM 5.1 HP to 7.5 HP capacities complete all as specified and re-fixing complete all as specified and directed.
