Excavation in earth work in all heights and depths in all kinds of soils, including saturated soils comprising of pick work, jumper work and blasting work both in soft and hard rock with chiseling and wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soils including, dewatering wherever required, setting out to required lines, levels as shown on the drawing and directed by the engineer -in-charge at site., according to the HP.PWD. specification of 1990 (one thousand nine hundred ninety) volume-I (one) and sorting out useful and un useful material and transportation of the un useful material for disposing at dumping site (To be arranged by the contractor) as per satisfaction of Engineer- in -charge through all modes of transportation including head load ,animal load or mechanical means along with its leveling fine dressing and with all kinds of labour, machineries, tools equipment and safety measures and incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and labour ( if required ). All useful material such as stones, shingles aggregate and slates shall be properly stacked at site to the maximum possible extent in all leads and lifts through all modes of transportation and used /removed as per the direction of the Engineer - in- charge. Any loss to the public and private propriety during the course of execution and disposal of serviceable and unserviceable materials shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor and shall have to be duly compensated by him in all respects including all incidental charges.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement :four sand : eight graded stone aggregate forty mm nominal size broken / crushed) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in: Foundation and plinth with in all leads & lifts and other incidentals as per approved design, drawing, specifications etc. and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30 x 30 x 5 mm, so as to give a fair finish including centering. Shuttering , strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling in all heights and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete & plain concrete work with in all leads & lifts and other incidentals as per approved design, drawing, specifications etc. and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge in:-

Foundation, footings basis of columns etc, and mass concrete.

Columns, pillars posts and struts Square, rectangular or polygonal in plan.

Beams, cantilever girders and lintels. Sides and soffits of beams, beam haunchings, cantilievers, bressumers and lintels in all depth in all heights from floor.

Sloping or battering surfaces including folded Plates.

Providing and laying Mechanically Mixed cement concrete work 1:1½:3 (one Cement :one and half Sand :three graded stone aggregate twenty mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per approved design, drawing, specifications etc. and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge in:-

Independent piers, columns and pillars upto floor two level.

Columns, pillars posts and struts upto floor two level

Lintels, beams girders bressumers and cantilevers upto all floorn levels.

Providing Tor steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including bending, binding and placing in position complete upto all floor level with in all leads & lifts and other incidentals as per approved design, drawing, specifications etc. and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks second class in foundation & plinth and Super-structure above plinth level upto & above floor all levels in Cement mortar 1:6 (one Cement:six Sand) with in all leads & lifts and other incidentals as per approved design, drawing, specifications etc. and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

In superstructure including square and rectangualre pillars upto all heights.

15 mm (fifteen millimetre) thick cement plasters in single coat on fair side of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior/exterior plastering upto all floor level including arises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm (Eighty milimetres) in girth and finished even and smooth with cement mortar 1:6 (one cement isto six sand) including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge in : cement mortar 1:6 (one cement: six sand ).

Providing and fixing rolling shutters of approved make made of 80mmX1.25mm M.S laths interlocked together through their entire length and joined together at the end by end locks mounted on specially designed pipe shaft, with brackets side guides and arrangements for inside and outside locking with push pull operation complete but excluding the cost of the top of the cover and spring, shutters having width below 3.50 metres. With in all leads& lifts and other incidentals as per approved design, drawing, specifications etc. and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 27.50 cm long wire spring grade No. 2 for rolling shutters fixing with in all leads& lifts and other incidentals as per approved design, drawing, specifications etc. and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing top cover for rolling shutters with in all leads& lifts and other incidentals as per approved design, drawing, specifications etc. and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing ball bearing for rolling shutters with in all leads& lifts and other incidentals as per approved design, drawing, specifications etc. and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing steel glazed doors, windows and ventilators of standard rolled steel sections joints mitred and welded with 16 x 3.15 mm lugs 10 cm long embedded in cement concrete blocks 15 cm x 10 cm x 10 cm size of 1 : 3 : 6 ( one cement : three sand : six graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) or with wooden plugs and screws or rawlplug and screws or with fixing clips of with bolts and nuts as required and iron fittings, including providing and fixing of glass panes with glazing clips and special metal sesh putty of approved make complete including applying a priming coat of red lead paint Steel windows Top hung ventilators with in all leads& lifts and other incidentals as per approved design, drawing, specifications etc. and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Boulder filling dry hand packed tightly as in wire crate apron bund (wire crates to be measured separately) including all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per approved design, drawing, specifications etc. and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Filling in plinth with sand under floors including watering, ramming consolidating and dressing complete with in all leads& lifts and other incidentals as per approved design, drawing, specifications etc. and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Kota stone slab flooring 20(twenty) mm (average) thick base of cement mortor 1:4(one cement : four sand) laid over and jointed with gray cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete. 25 (twenty five) mm thick with in all leads & lifts and other incidentals as per approved design, drawing, specifications etc. and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Distempering (two coats) with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth with in all leads & lifts and other incidentals as per approved design, drawing, specifications etc.and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials. with in all leads & lifts and other incidentals as per approved design, drawing, specifications etc.and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Steal work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint. In trusses and trussed purlings in buildings. with in all leads & lifts and other incidentals as per approved design, drawing, specifications etc.and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 0.60 mm thick pre painted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RNP) organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating to back coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5 microns primer coating i/c fixing with pre painted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm diameter with pre painted limpet and rubber washers complete with all accessories as required with in all leads & lifts and other incidentals as per approved design, drawing, specifications etc. and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing ridges or hips 60 cm overall with 0.60 mm thick pre painted steel sheets in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheets with top coat of regular modified polyester organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating + back coat of polyester of 5 microns over 5 microns primer coating i/c fixing with pre painted iron J or L hooks, bolts & nuts 6mm dia & pre painted G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete with all accessories as required with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per approved design, drawing, specifications etc. and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 15 cm wide 45 cm overall semicircular plain G.I sheet gutter with iron bracket 40x3mm size bolt and nuts and washer etc. Including making necessary connection with rain water pipe complete with in all leads & lifts and other incidentals as per approved design, drawing, specifications etc. and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge: 0.63mm thick sheet.

Providing and fixing on wall face PVC (D-Plast) rain water pipes of working pressure not less than 4.50 kg/sqm including filling the joints with approved adhesive complete:150 mm dia pipes with in all leads & lifts and other incidentals as per approved design, drawing, specifications etc. and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing on wall faces PVC (D-Plast) accessories for rain water pipes including filling the joints with in all leads & lifts and other incidentals as per approved design, drawing, specifications etc. and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
