Lifting of defective submersible pump set including motor of any type and size from the bore well along with column pipe including disconnection electric and water supply connection as required and keep aside for re-use after repair including transport to the workshop for repair complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-chgarge.

Rewinding of 15/25 HP submersible motor vertical type with suitable size of copper conductor PVC wire complete all as specified and directed.

Rewinding of 40 HP submersible squirrel cage induction motor vertical type with suitable size of copper conductor PVC wire complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for servicing of submersible pump of following capacity by decoupling from motor for repair including replacement of UNSV spare parts and made functional complete all as specified and directed.(Spare parts will be measured and paid saperatelly .)

Supply and fix the following items for Submersible pump :-

Thrust bearing suitable for 15/25 HP PUMP.

Thrust bearing suitable for 40 HP Pump.

Neck Ring suitable for 15/25 HP Pumps.

Neck Ring suitable for 40 HP Pumps.

Supply and replace pumpset coupling made out of mild steel.

Pump shaft of any make with suitable material filling and grinding to required shape.

Impellers made out of Bronze metal with suitable size of quarter pin.

Bowel assembly for 15/25 HP PUMP.

Bowel assembly for 40 HP PUMP.

Lowering of submersible pump and motor set alongwith column pipe of any size with including provision of new jointing materials such as rubber gasket, nuts and bolts and washers, pipe connection, jointing with M-Seal Jointing kit cable connection and testing complete.

M&L for disconnection of defective centrifugal booster pump/DD pump from foundation/coupling, transportation to civil workshop for opening the defective pump for replacement of following defective spares and connecting to motor for testing for satisfactory performance all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (The item rate is inclusive of new foundation bolts :-

M&L for disconnection of burnt/defective motor from foundation/coupling, transportation to civil workshop for opening the motor and cutting/removing the burnt windings, cleaning the stator and rotor with cleaning agent rewinding the motor with appropriate gauge of super enamelled copper wire of approved make. Insulating the winding with same class of insulation. Supply and replacement of base foundation incl nuts and bolts and re-installing the motor and connecting the pump for testing the motor and re installation at site after repair of electric motor, 3 phase, 415 volt 50 Htz AC for satisfactory performance all as directed by Engr-in-Charge for the following capacities and make of motors including demolition of existing bed of the motor after lifting and M&L for providing new PCC bed for respective motor as per existing old size incl making certain cemented platform works complete all as specified (The item rate is inclusive of new foundation bolts :-

Supply and mixing of Altoch GP water disinfectant in packing of 45 Kgs plastic drums all as specified and directed.

M&L for design, fabrication, installation, testing and commissioning of 70 Amp Auto starter cum fault analyser, protection and control panel comprising of the following :- (i) Fabrication of PHU/Auto starter with power contactor MNX-70 - 2 Nos. MNX-50 - 1 Nos alongwith MCCB of 100 Amp rating. (ii) The system should be provided with a solid state fault analyser cum controller (CB - 4 SA) (iii) The complete system shall be enclosed in a floor/wall mounted MS sheet enclosure/box of suitable gauge and dimensions with proper entry and exit holes for incoming and outgoing cables. The enclosure should be finished with powder coated painting from inside aswell form outer surface of approved colour. (iv) Providing/laying of copper cables from stabilizer/main switch to Automation/protection system (3 leads) and from system to motor (6 leads) with proper thimbling and socketing each end of the conductor with proper rating copper thimbles as per site requirement. The system shall provide protection against :- (a) Low voltage below 360V (b) High voltage above 450V (c) Single Phasing (d) Reverse phasing (e) Un balanced phasing (f) Dry running (g) Overloading

Material and labour for construction of stone masonary valve pit size 90x90x120 cm (internal dimension) built in cement mortal 1:4 incl plastering 20mm thick internally and externally in CM 1:4 PCC 1:4:8 TYPE D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) 15 Cm thick in foundation extending 10cm beyond external faces of wall around PCC flooring 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone agreegate) 40mm thick cover made out of 3.15mm thick MS round bar and locking arrangement with lock 2 keys . MS sheet cover should be painted with two caats of enamessed paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and directed.

Taking up / down steel tubing connection from trenches incl connected fitting / accessories complete of sizes for reuse of serviceable pipe and removing the U/S pipe from site to safe custody of 150 mm bore

M&L for de-watering, cleaning of water reservoir/UG sump of following capacity with high pressure jet complete all as specified and directed in six stages cleaining process as under :- (a) De watering the tank with portable sub mersible pump of suitable capacity (b) Cleaning of wall, ceiling and floor with high pressure rotary water jet and bleaching powder/liquid (c) Spraying of non toxic bio de-gradable echo friendly anti bacterial agent certified by Govt approved lab to disinfect the tank from harmful pathogens. The dose utilized should be as per OECD guide No.432. (d) Treatment of inside tank exposing UV radiation to kill the suspended or floating bacterial material remaining in the tank.
