The Bidder shall note that the contractor or his authorised supervisor will attend the complaint cell of viman nagar & Chandan Nagar Under AGE B/R II Daily at 0900 hrs receive the complaint.Two sweepers will engage to clear all complaints raised by this office. In case the contractor or his authorised supervisor fails to engage person for complaint as per time frame given in here in before, recovery shall be made @ 200/- per day.

Taking out deposited sludge from manhole, septic tanks etc n.exc 1.50m depth from top of manhole , septic tanks etc pumping out sewage water including cutting of bushes and removing of sludge from bottom of manhole, septic tanks etc to a distance 50m and covering of the deposited sludge with excavated earth includiing spereading of bleaching powder @ 1.00 Kg/Sqm (for disinfection purpose) over deposite sludge before earth spreading incl sweepingncleaning with water all as specified (earth work will be paid separately) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete using type D2 1:4:8 (40mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in benching, finishing surfaces of concrete even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L precast RCC cement concrete type B1 (1:2:4) using 20mm graded stone aggregrates set in cement mortar 1:4 as in cover slabs of manhole/septic tanks complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Brick work old size with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 ( 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in benching, finishing surface of concrete even ans smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

M&L rendering 15mm thick on brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement incl mixing with water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.(Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L rendering 15mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement including mixing with water proofing compound. Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid separately

M&L for MS TMT bars, 10mm dia & over , cut ot length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with wire and quality conforming to relevant indian standards complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for returning, filling incl spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm as in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.
