REPAIR, MAINTENANCE OF LT PANEL, TRANSFORMERS, VCB AND CONNECTED ITEMS AT AF STATION DEVLALI.

Material and Labour for maintenance & overhauling of 33 KV draw out type VCB including opening, checking, cleaning with CTC, cleaning wiping of insulating componants, primery & secondary circuits, spouts, busbars, supports, CT, PT, cleaning contact tips, cover the expossed portion of busbar with HT tape & heat shrinkable sleeves, cleaning of bushes, spout insulators for visible crack, tightness od fasterners holding moving contacts, check & correct the buffer gap adjustment & mechanism settings, calibration of meters, testing, cleaning & overhauling of complete operating mechanism for smooth functioning, checking of control panel wiring for operation & protection for tripping & closing & rectifying the defects including replacement unserviceable wiring with ferrule & lugs, reassembling & testing of complete VCB all as directed.complete all as directed.

Material and Labour for calibration & testing of all relays fitted in control panels such as earth fault relays, over current relays fitted in HT 33 KV panels for its corrections & setting with main control panel relays & MSEDCL so that individual relay shall be tripped prior to main panel complete all as directed.

Disconnecting and dismantling the existing indoor type, 11 KV horizontal draw out type OCB trolley of rupturing capacity 250 MVA, 400 Amps from it's location and repair /overhauling by carrying out with following all as specified and directed. (Note: spare parts and new transformer oil will be measured & paid separetly)

(i) Inspecting/overhauling of spring drive mechanisum by checking mechanism,hold on catch assembly,trip bridge, z srew, Cam U, Aluminum trip bridge, Main trip lever assembly and applying muliti grease lubricant to function smoothly.

(ii)Inspecting / overhauling of OLTLF assembly, earthfault release assembly, tripping coil, auxilliary switch and checking of electrical wiring system complete.

(iii)Inspecting / overhauling /leaning and inspecting through insulators, moving contacts ,fixed contacts, arcing chamber by corbon cleaner solution and applying dry graphite conductive sealant for contacts to avoid corbon deposits on contact surfaces complete.

(iv) Inspecting/cleaning of oil tank inside and out side surface by CRC thoroughly and replacement of transformer oil (60 liter for each OBC) and applying heavy duty grease for tank raising/lowering guide.

(v) Assembling all items/components parts to the respective position & testing the breaker with High Voltage and Meggering before and after high voltage test complete all as directed.

Disconnecting and Dismantling the existing indoor type, 11 KV horizontal draw out type VCB trolley of rupturing capacity 250 MVA, 400 Amps from location and repair /overhauling by carrying out with following all as specified and directed by engineer in Charge. (Note: Spare parts will be measured & paid separaetely . )

(i) Inspecting/overhauling of Manual/motorised spring drive mechanism by checking mechanism, Motor and gear assembly, big gear assembly, Stop bolt assembly, Main shaft interlocking assembly, Closing spring assembly, Small Cam with screw, motor cut -off limit switch, Butter fly switch assembly and applying multi grease lubricant to function smoothly.

(ii) Inspecting / overhauling of OLTLF assembly,earthfault release assembly, tripping coil, auxilliary switch and checking of electrical wiring system including replacement of unserviceable wiring with ferrule & lugs complete.

(iii)Inspecting / overhauling /cleaning and inspecting through insulators, vacuum interupters by corbon cleaner solution and applying dry graphite conductive sealant for electrical contacts to avoid corbon deposits on contact surfaces.

(iv) Re-assembling all items/components parts to the respective position & testing the breaker with High Voltage(DC) and Meggering before and after high voltage test complete.

Repairs & Routine maintenance carried out by disconnecting and opening the existing bus -bar chamber, CT chamber, PT Chamber and Meter chamber of HT 11KV, Panel Board and carry out following work all as specified and directed. (Note: Spare parts will be measured & paid separately)

(i) Inspecting/Cleaning/overhauling of bus bar chamber by checking of Bus bars, Spout insulators, space heaters and removing dust with vacuum cleaner/Blower and moisture by hot air blower and checking tightness of bus bars, insulators and cover the exposed portion of busbar with HT tape & heat shrinkable sleeves and test with High Voltage(DC) and Meggering before and after high voltage test complete.

(ii) Inspecting/Cleaning/overhauling of CT/PT chamber by checking of Bus bars, Spout insulators, space heaters and checking of Wiring system and removing dust with vacuum cleaner/Blower and moisture by hot air blower and checking tightness of bus bars,insulotors and applying Anti Tracking Paint on CTs and insulators and HT Tape.

Dismantling and overhauling and testing Potential transformer capacity 11 KV/ 110 volts AC and replacement of worn out spares such as contacts, bushing, control wiring fibre plates, gaskets , transformer oil and applying multi grease to the mechenical parts & dry graphite conductive seaslant to contacts etc. & re-assembling the same and commissioning complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Spare parts and oil will be measured and paid separately under respective item)

Supply & fixing in repair of Baffle pot assembly suitable for OCB, 11KV, 400 Amps, indoor type all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in repair of Set of 24 Nos.main fixed contacts with spring of OCB, 11KV, 400Amps, indoor type and all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix in repair of Vacuum Interrupter Assembly with fixed contacts suitable for AREVA make HT VCB, 11 KV , 400 Amps indoor type complete all as specified & directed.

Supply & fix in repair of Battery back up power pack input 110 V, AC & output 110 V, DC with float charged SMF LA battery with indicator for ON, battery & fault, cold start switch etc all as directed.

Supply & fix in repair of Step down transformer440V/110V (20 Amp) for 110V supply for power pack including connected wiring complete all as specified and directed

Supply & fix in repair of Electrical release coil 110 volt DC or 30 Volt DC all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix in repair of V belt for spring charging motor( NEOPRENE Jacket cat No. FENNER FHP 2170 or equivalent as approved by GE)

Supply & fix in repair of Panel mounted multi function meter to display voltage, current, frequency, power and power factor for capacitor panel of 11 KV OCB, 110 volt complete all as specified and directed. (Make HPL, emfis EMFVIFP0000 or equivalent as approved)

Supply & fix in repair of Three phase over current & earth relay, Model- MC-61A, with 3 phase O/C + E/F + High set, 50/51 RYBN, Numerical Relay, Lowest O.C-1s, Highest O/C-1hs, Lower D/F-0s, Highest E/F Ohs, all as specified and directed. Make - L&T or equivalent as approved.

Supply & fix in repair of 11 KV, single phase, resin cast CT, Ratio 50/5, class - 1.0 insulation level 28 KV /75KV as per IS 2075 all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix in repair of brass stud 12 mm dia of suitable length for HT/LT transformer terminal with brass nut and bolts and washers 8 nos complete with oil seal, gaskets, ring washer etc for transformers including taking out existing bushings and refilling the same complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix in repair of brass stud 16 mm dia of suitable length for HT/LT transformer terminal with brass nut and bolts and washers 8 nos complete with oil seal, gaskets, ring washer etc for transformers including taking out existing bushings and refilling the same complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix in repair of brass stud 20 mm dia of suitable length for HT/LT transformer terminal with brass nut and bolts and washers 8 noscomplete with oil seal, gaskets, ring washer etc for transformers including taking out existing bushings and refilling the same complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix in repairs strip type heater 80 watt with control wiring suitable for indoor VCB,11 KV switch gear Panel board complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing of rubber mating chequered type of 1 mtr x 2 mtr x 12 mm suitable for HT/LT complete all as directed.

Supply & fixing of printed instruction chart for treating persons suffering from electric shock, printed in English & Hindi & Marathi and duly framed with front glasses complete all as specified.

Supplying standard first aid box with all the standard contents complete all as specified.

Supply & fixing in repair of breather with 500 Grams silica gel of indoor type transformer 100 to 750 KVA, all as specified & all as directed.

Supply & fixing in repair of thermometer(oil temperature gauge) for indoor type transformer of capacity 100 to 750 KVA, all as specified & all as directed.

Taking down/dismantling transformer of capacity 250 KVA,11 KV/415 Volts carefully from from its original position manually or mechanically and transporting both way to work shop and installation, refixing, reconnecting after necessary repairs carried out and testing on load as directed.

Material and labour for draining out transfomer oil from transformer tank and dismantling top cover along with conservator and 03 Nos of HT bushings, 4nos of LT bushings,1no of earth bushing, HV winding connection from bushing stud and LV winding from bushings care fully. dismsantling the core connectionsof 250KVA transformer, 11KV/415Volts from tank and taking out core along with winding from tank carfully and dismantling off load tap changer and other winding connections from top of the core carefully and all as per manufacturer specifications and as directed.

Material and Labour for dismantling the faulty HV winding carefully of transformer 250KVA,11KV/433 Volts from core and re- winding the HV winding with suitable size of insulated copper wire and as per manufacturers specifications and standared practice all as directed.

Painting of HT VCB capacity 250 MVA,11KV, 400 Amps, with one coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer after cleaning, scraping, and filling of out side surface and in side surface of VCB all as specified and as directed.

Painting of HT OCB capacity 250 MVA,11KV, 400 Amps, with one coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer after cleaning, scraping and filling of cavities on out side surface and in side surface of OCB and all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for fault finding on HT cables of any size and any length with fault detective machine by thumbing method and suitable high voltage and all as specified and directed.

Supplying, jointing and testing complete indoor/ outdoor type cable terminations (heat shrinkable) suitable for 3 core, 11 KV, U/G, XLPE Cable of size 95 Sqmm and all as directed.

Supply and fix cable jointing STRAIGHT THROUGH JOINT for 11KV grade cable for straight through joint complete with Jointing material (Heat shrinkable)and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured, alluminium conductor cable of size 50 to 95 sq mm all as directed.

Restringing of existing HT/LT overhead line of copper/ACSR conductor after opening of binding wire from insulator and bringing the sag within limit rebinding the same with insulator with 16 SWG aluminium wire/suitable copper wire all including renewal of jumpers by providing heavy duty alkathine pipe of approved quality, reconnecting the service connections after cleaning the carbon and foreign material complete all as directed. (Note : (i) All the tree branches obstructing to the O.H line shall be trimmed up to 3 mtr away from the O.H line. (ii) Unit rate quoted shall be deemed to be inclusive of charges for the trimming of trees.)

Supply & fix in repairs disc insulator porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator 145 mm height, 225 mm dia ball and socket type for 11000 volts grade all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix in repairs post top insulator porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator for 11000 volts grade all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix in reapairs Air Break switch gang operated triple pole mechanically operated mounted on insulator and steel frame with operating mechanism and locking arrangement worked from ground level for current rating up to 200 amps,11000 volts all including fix and moving contacts, post insulators, operating rod, handle etc complete with necessary connections/ jumpers with suitable ACSR / copper conductor with heavy duty alkathine pipe all as specified and as directed

Supply & fix in repairs expulsion / drop down fuses suitable for 11KV up to 25 Amps all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fix in repair of ACSR squireel conductor in set of two/three/six through alkathine pipe for purpose of jumpering where directed after disconnecting the electric supply and taking all necessary precautions all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing of notice plate made out of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet ,vitreous enamelled paint, with words of 3mm thick font in white colour as " NO ADMMISSION EXCEPT ON DUTY "and fixed with M.S. clamps.bolts and nuts of approved size complete all as directed.

Supply & fixing of electric rubber hand gloves 11 KV complete all as directed.

Preparation of old painted surfaces of outdoor LT panel including scraping out old paint and painting with two coats of synthetic enameled paint all as directed including marking of building number on front face of panel in colour as directed.

Note:- The amount of schedule of credit on page No. 34 shall be deducted from the amount quoted against sch 'A' while deriving at the contract sum for accptance.
