RequiredThe bidder who stand first lowest in the bid shall have to submit the MoU as per the following before entering into agreement without fail: i. In case of bidder owns a RMC plant, a self declaration of MoU on Rs.100/- stamp paper as per the prescribed proforma.

RequiredThe RMC plant shall have valid QCI certificate with regular audits carried as per the norms. However, in case of new RMC plants, if the application is made for QCI certificate within 6 months from the date of NIT, the MoU shall be valid.

Requiredin case of bidder doesn?t owns/lease a RMC plant, the bidder shall submit an MoU with RMC plant owner/firm on Rs.100/- stamp paper as per the prescribed proforma

RequiredIf the contractor quotes more than 25 percent less over ECV at the time of bidding, Additional Security Deposit(ASD) as per G.O shall be paid before concluding agreement.

RequiredThe bidder shall submit signed copy of the Statement IV in the prescribe proforma only, i.e., works on hand (balance works and recently allotted works) else the tender will be rejected.

RequiredThe Bidder shall upload similar nature of work experience certificate signed by the EE and countersigned by the SE executed in any one year during the last 10 financial years
