Engaging of Air compressor 300-340 CFM with two leads of pneumatic cutter / hammer for dismantling the existing cement concrete abutment to connect the 'U' drain for disposal of drainage. The rate including necessary operators, fuels, lubricants, cleaning and disposal of dismantled materials while operation etc., complete as directed by the Engineer- in - charge.
Earthwork in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed , within a lead of 50m - all kinds of soil

Providing and fixing in position S&S standard D.I. specials (Electro steel/ Sripipes/ Jindal/Kiswok) such as tees, bends, collors, tapers, caps etc.conforming to IS specification 9523/2000 and ISI marked - 100 to 300mm dia.
Supply and delivery of 20kw submersible sewage non-clog pumps for a duty point of 13.6m head and discharge. of 400 m3/hr, wear resistance with submersible motor for the Various duty conditions. Pump shall be capable of handling 110mm solid size with sewage specific gravity of upto 1.05. Pump shall be of robust construction. Liquid passages shall be finished smooth and designed as to allow free passage to solids. Pump impeller should be of S Tube - impeller design. Double mechanical seal with silicon carbide faces should be provided to protect the motor from ingress of sewage along the shaft. The critical speed of the rotor shall be at least 30% above the operating speed. Pumps to have double bearings between the pump & motor. The bearings. life shall be minimum 100,000 hrs of operation with greased for life. Pump should be provided with automatic coupling device including pedestal, duck foot bend, stainless steel guide pipe or related accessories of suitable size to facilitate lifting and lowering into guide rails for easy maintenance. Pump shall be provided with a stainless steel lifting chain conforming to BS 970 Gr 304. Pump speed shall be of 9600 rpm for high duty pump and 960 to 1450 rpm for low duty pumpsets. Casing should be CI (EN 1561 EN-GJL-250) and impeller should be of CI (EN 1561 EN-GJL-250)as per IS standard more preferably with hardened impeller. Shaft should be if stainless steel ATS 410. All the fasteners and bolts shall be of AISI 410. The rotating assembly shall be dynamically balanced as per standards. The starting current of the motor shall not exceed 200% of rated full load current for star/delta or ATS starting under any circumstances. The motor shall be suitabe for full voltage star delta/ATS starting. Motor shall be designed to withstand 120% of rated speed for two minutes without any mechanical damage in either direction of rotation. Motor should be of IE3, explosion proof compatiable for VFD operation together with star-delta/ATS starter, protectoion against increase in stater winding temperatures (15 deg celsius), bearing temperature leakage in the stater housing and terminal box shall be provided and to be suitably interlocked with the control panel for tripping the pump in case of increase in temperature beyond set limit. Insulation class shall be of "Class H" and degree of protection shall be of IP68 as per IS 4691. Motor shall be suitable for continuous operation in fully submerged condition. Motor shall be supplied with 10mts of round submersible copper cable of suitable size.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg. per sqm. on the prepared bituminous / granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom. (As per MoRTH specification, 4th Revision).
Providing and laying bituminous macadam with hot mix plant of capacity not less than 40 -60 TPH using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled as per clauses 501.6 and 507.7 of MoRTH specification, 4th Revision, to achieve the desired compaction. - using grade II metal and bitumen 60/70 grade.
Providing and laying bituminous concrete with HMP of capacity not less than 40 to 60 TPH using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 percent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment,rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per clause 509 of MoRTH specification, 4th Revision, complete in all respects - Using grade-II material.-Bitumen 60/70.
Cement concrete 1:4:8 mix with stone aggregate 40mm nominal size in foundation upto a depth of 1.5 metres below ground level and upto height of 1.5 above ground/bed level.
Casting, transporting, hoisting and fixing in position of RCC precast box section at the location directed by the Engineer-in-charge, as per the drawing for the culvert including RCC pre cast base plate with controlled concrete of M-35 grade design mix including casting, curing, trucking out, hoisting and laying the pre-cast box segments. The precast box unit shall be placed in position over the RCC precast base slab in the excavated pit using necessary heavy duty cranes, truck and other machineries required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge, including providing of RCC precast base slab segments of 25cm thickness with controlled concrete M- 35 grade design mix. The rate shall include the cost of cement (OPC 43 grade of approved make), coarse aggregates fine aggregates admixtures, chemicals for joint grouting, providing steel hooks for lifting and moulding arrangements with necessary centring and shuttering for casting the concrete. (casting shall be done on uniform leveled bed with cement concrete flooring) hire charges for machineries (Heavy duty cranes, excavator (JCB), tipper, concrete mixer and other tools and plants etc., but excluding the cost of reinforcement as per the drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including arrangements for closing traffic as stipulated by the authorities concerned. The rate shall also include hire charges for casting yard making of casting bed, transportation charges from casting yard to working site, loading and unloading, hoisting and fixing in position of RCC precast units of 1mt length and joint grouting etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes.
Steel work welded in built up sections framed work , including cutting,hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required - in gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets,gates and similar works.
