Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. (but without charcoal/ coke and salt ) as required.

Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 6 SWG dia G.I. Wire in 15 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. thimble excavation and re-filling as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required.Upto 35 sq. mm

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing masonry open duct as required.Upto 35 sq. mm

Supplying and laying of 63 mm dia (OD-63 mm & ID-51 mm nominal)size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc..direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required.

Supply of 2x10 sq mm XLPE insulated PVC Sheathed aluminium conductor armoured cable of 1.1 KV grade conforming to IS-7098 as required.

Fabrication , Supplying,Installation,testing,Commissioning of 12 mts.high mast System with its accessories ,Mast shaft shall be in one section , hot dip galvanized not less than 4 mm thick (Single dip ) inside and out sides and suitable for wind velocity as per IS 875 part3 .There shall be in longitudinal seam weld per section and No circumfrential weld. It should also included accessories For High Mast head frame ,2 point suspension system with steel wire rope 5mm dia. (7/19construction) single drum winch ,galvanized lantern carriage arrangement suitable for 4/6 Nos. flood light luminaries symmitrically And its control gears boxes and lighting finial ,the mast shall have integral manual type mounted at the base compartment of its raising and lowering operation with foundation bolts and Anchor plate and control panel housing suitable RCC(1:2:4) shallow foundation of size 1m(L)x1m wide and 2 mtr deep I/C excavation of earth , providing cutting,bending and placing in position ,reinforcement of cold twisted bars of 12 mm dia -2100 mm long(approx)-16 nos and reinforcement of cold twisted bar of 8mm dia -3700 mm(approx) -13 nos (with 150mm spacing) as reqd with positioning of foundation bolts and providing DWC HDPE pipe for cable entry or exit as required for the high mast considering the safe soil bearing capaciy at site as 10T/sqm at 2 mts .Depth with all material i/c 4 Nos S.P MCB ,63 A Dp Isolator etc as reqd Logo/Name of manufacturer shall be embossed on the pole. Galvanization as per relevant IS
