Routine, Preventive and Breakdown maintenance works of turbine and its auxiliaries at Nagjhari Power House, Ambikanagar for one year period extendable to one more year based on the satisfactory performance

The bidder should have carried out at least one similar work such as providing assistance / services / maintenance works in any Power Generating station in India as prime contractor, of value not less than Rs. 15 Lakh in the preceding five years. (i.e. 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26). In proof of this, the bidder should submit copy of single work order and corresponding satisfactory performance / work done certificate issued by competent authority (in case of state / central government / government undertaking from officers not below the rank of Executive Engineer or Equivalent cadre and in case of KPCL not below the rank of Chief Engineer) shall be furnished. A weightage of 10% per year is applicable to previous work / purchase orders to bring to the price level of current financial year.

The bidder should have achieved a minimum financial turnover or an average annual financial turnover of Rs. 30 Lakh in any two financial years during the past Five Financial years (i.e. 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26). As a proof, Turnover Certificate shall be furnished duly certified by Chartered Accountant. A weightage of 10% per year is applicable to previous annual turnover to bring to the price level of current financial year.

Those bidders whose contracts have been terminated / fore-closed by KPCL or whose performance has not been satisfactory while executing the contract within last three years are not eligible to participate in the bid. The bidder shall furnish an undertaking in this regard as per annexure-A of this tender.

A certificate for having read the clause of restrictions on public procurement from bidders of certain countries to be submitted / uploaded by the tenderer as per annexure-D of this tender.
