Earth work excavation for foundation in hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton,hard red earth mixed with small size boulders SS.20B and sand,silt or other loose soil,wet sand, or silt not under water,light black cotton soil,sandy loam ordinary soil and tofull depth as may be directed expect in hardrock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring shuttering,and baling out water wherever necessary refilling the sides of foundation with excavated soil other than sand in layers of 15cm thick well rammed and completed depositing the surplus excavated soil with in the compound in places shown by the departmental officers with intial lead and lifts and claening and levelling the site etc., complete.

Conveyance of Surplus earth from work site to City outerwith average lead of 15 km

Cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement, four sand and eight aggregate) using 40mm hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick and compacted etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and erecting steel centering including necessary supports for plane surfaces for Reinforced Cement Concrete works such as column footings, column pedestals, plinth beams, grade beams, staircase steps, etc. which require only nominal strutting using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding, laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.5cm spaced at about 75cm centre to centre or at suitable intervals etc. complete in all floors complying with standard specifcation. (Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid)

For plane surfaces such as rectangular or square RCC columns, sunshades, top and bottom slab of RCC boxing, etc.

M-20 CONCRETE - Providing and laying in position, standarised design mix M-20 Grade using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 350Kg/m3 and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55, including admixture(plasticiser/super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5.70 cu.m.)940.50Kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (2.80 cu.m.)462.00Kg of 10-12mm machine crushed jelly and with about (4.25 cu.m.)701.25Kg of sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor/roof slabs wherever neccessary without clambing extra, etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. the coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requierments of IS 383-2016. (No separate payment will be made by the department for the exces usage of materials as per design mix.) (SI No 81)

Suppling and fabricating and placing in position MS (or) R.T.S. bar for reinforcement to all RCC works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire also in all floors.

Fly ash Brick work in CM 1:5 (one cement & five sand)using size 9"X4 3/8"X 2 3/4" including finishing, curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification -

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 (one cement and five sand by volume) 12mm thick for all internal/external surfaces like super structure, rainwater, ducts, elevation in all floors complying with standard specifications.

Painting with First Quality Emulsion paint two coat including cleaning, scrapping, removal of dust and necessary plaster of paris putty works wherever required etc., complete.

Providing Name Board & MS Sheet Steel gate using Necessary ''L'' Angle M.S Flat and M.S Sheet b 18 gauge ,Welding And Joining etc., completed

Painting two coats over old iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with best approved best quality of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour over the existing priming coat etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supply and laying of inerlocking blocks 80mm thick using M40 grade concrete flooring cost including ramming using mechanical earth rammer before and after laying the interlock blocks.
