Drilling of borewells of size 150mm (6") dia. in sedimentary formation using hand boreset and supplying and packing of pebbles including transportation charges to stockyard, cost of all labour, material, T&P, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Labour Charges for inserting PVC Casing pipes of size 150mm (6") dia assembly (with slots or without slots) in the drilled hole including jointing the pipes with PVC Couplers with Cement paste etc., complete, supply and packing the annular space with pebbles of size and quality as approved by the field engineers including cost of all labour, material, T&P, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Supply and delivery of 150 mm CS (Casing shallow depth upto 80m) Plain PVC casing pipe as per IS 12818/2010 including transportation charges to stockyard, cost of all labour, material, T&P, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Supply and delivery of 150 mm RS Ribbed screen PVC casing pipe as per IS 12818/2010 including transportation charges to stockyard, cost of all labour, material, T&P, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Charges for developing the borewell with air compressor of 300 CFM capacity including transportion labour and fuel charges for compressor as directed by Board engineers including transportation charges to stockyard, cost of all labour, material, T&P, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Supply and delivery of 3 Phase 3.0 HP submersible pumpset suitable for 150mm dia Borewell as per IS 8034/2002 as amended thereafter and BEE Star Rated capable of discharging noted LPM against head of water column due to all causes. The pump shall be with stainless steel shaft and dynamically balanced bronze or Cast SS impeller, brass screws and CI FG 200 grade pump bowl/diffuser with ISI mark. The pump shall be directly coupled to a continuous rated two pole suitable wet type vertical squirrel cage induction motor as per IS9283/1995 as amended there after, suitable for operation in AC three phase 415 V+/- 10%, 50 HZ V+/- 5% without panel Board.

Supply and erection of 32mm dia UPVC pipe for submersible pump in Borewell (class-5) (1 Mpa or 10 kg/cm2 pressure) of approved ISI brand including cost of materials, labour, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Supply and fixing of 18 mm Nylon Rope for submersible pump in Borewell including cost of materials, labour, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Supply and fixing of 4 sq.mm PVC insulated and sheathed 3 core Flat type copper cable confirming to IS 694/1990 including cost of materials, labour, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Supply and delivery of Three Phase Panel Board - D.O.L with two level guard and auto start which provides delivery of direct online starter confirming to IS13947 and IEC60947-1 suitable KW rating for operation in AC/Three Phase/50 HZ (+/- 5%) and 415 V (+/- 10%) including Ammeter, Voltmeter, Thermal Overload relay, 16 Amps 2 pole Magnetic contactor with under Voltage protection, Indication lamp, starting capacitor, running capacitor and On/Off Push button switches, 5 way connector, wiring with 1 sq. mm/1.5 sq.mm copper PVC insulated cable, powder coated vernim proof box including the capacitor.

Supply and fixing of 6" dia Bore Cap using M.S. Flat of size 1 cm x 3 mm and M.S. Sheet on top with bolting arrangements for securing the cap in position (Bore caps with M.S. Couplings need not be made) for Borewell with ISI marking including cost of materials, labour, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Supply and fixing of 32 mm dia G.I.Bend as per IS 1239/PART II including cost of materials, labour, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Supply and fixing of 40 mm dia M.S clampset for holding HDPE suction pipe as per IS 1239/PART II including cost of materials, labour, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Labour charges for the Erection of submersible pumpset in borewell/openwell including fixing and jointing submersible copper cable, rope with proper clamps upto the starter to required depth and also fixing of riser HDPE pipes to the required depth valves erection clamps, pressure gauges upto the exterior wall of pump room and securing the borewell with bore cap, top sheet cover. Also Erection of panel board consisting of TPICN switches starter, Voltmeter, Ammeter, three pilot (indicating) lamps capacitor single phasing preventor, water level guard and laying and jointing the cables and twin earthing as per IE rules etc., complete and testing the pumpset and train run for 10 days including cost of materials, labour, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing in position of Gun metal Gate Valve 32 mm dia of approved quality and best variety conforming to BIS including cost of shellac, thread balls, etc., complete complying with standard specifications (for both internal and external water supply arrangements) including cost of all materials, labour charges, T&P, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Earth work excavating and depositing on bank with initial lead of 10m & initial lift of 2m in sand, silt or other loose soil, wet sand or silt not under water, light black cotton soil, sandy loam and ordinary soil including excavated earth including cost of all materials, labour charges, T&P, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Supplying, laying and jointing of 32mm dia PVC pipe (having working pressure: 10 kg/sq.cm) of approved quality and best variety conforming to BIS of the following dia including cutting, threading and fixing PVC specials using PVC adhesives (but excluding cost of such specials) including cost of all materials, labour charges, T&P, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Supplying, laying and jointing of 25mm dia PVC pipe (having working pressure: 10 kg/sq.cm) of approved quality and best variety conforming to BIS of the following dia including cutting, threading and fixing PVC specials using PVC adhesives (but excluding cost of such specials) including cost of all materials, labour charges, T&P, lead, lift, etc., complete.
