Supply of 400 KVA 11 KV/0.433 KV Distribution Transformer Level-II Losses, Copper winding, with Bimetallic Terminal Connectors, Energy Efficiency Level-II as per IS: 1180 (Part-I): 2014,Ammendment no 4
Supply of 400 KVA LV Panel (Double Front SS)Design Manufacture and Supply of 400KVA LV Panel (Outdoor MCCB Type), Pillar will have Inos of 800A, 3P 50 KA Manual Fixed ACB with Microprocessor Trip Unit having LS1G protection as Incomer along w ith Phase Indication MFM Meter with RS 485, 3 Ph CT operated Tri vector meter ,800/5A 10VA, Cl 0.5s, Type-l+Type 2 transient voltage surge suppression devices suitable for 3 phases 36ka System with MCB For isolation, and 4 Nos of 400A, 3P MCCB as Outgoing, Pillar shall be Fabricated in SS 316 GRADE CRCA Sheet. Feeder Pillar should be Suitable for Outdoor Installation of 415v,3PH, 4Wire, 50 Hertz System.

Supply of XLPE cable armoured 3 ½ C X 120 sq.mm
Supply of GI Tubular Fencing complete with gate and side dismantling system as per the specification for Distribution Transformer and Feeder Pillars (Size 4M X 3M X 2M) with concreting for GI fencing supports with plinth (0.3x0.3x0.5) Cu.m.x12 nos. Each ratio 1:3:6 and brick masonary.
Supply of Centering & shuttering including Strutting, Propping & removal of forms for sloping or battering surface (slabs, beams, louvers, etc) including folded plates. I. Where inclination to the horizontal does not exceed 30° requiring shuttering on the underside only
Providing of position (1:11/2:3) Reinforced cement conrete excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinfrocement (1 cement: 1½ coarse sand:3 graded stone agg 20mm nominal size) a. All works upto plinth level
Providing of 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 - cement: 4 - fine sand) for foundations.
Earthwork in excavation by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sq.m on plan) including disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5m disposed earth to be leveled and neatly dressed including providing barricading, danger lighting guarding as directed in :All kinds of soil(150*0.9*0.3)
Back Filling of the available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides, foundation etc. in layer work exceeding 0.2 mtr. depth consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering.(0.7*0.3*150)

Disposal of surplus excavated soil / material by mechanical transportation including loading and unloading, stacking/lavelling
Supply and laying of Underground cable protective cover as per specs. The concrete slab shall be machine made using semi dry concrete that is batched in a fully automatic PLC controlled concrete batching plant and cast in a fully automatic "Vibro-press" machine with a high vibration frequency and hydraulic presuure of 40 MT, the size of the slab shall be 480mm*250mm*50mm and the concrete grade shall be M30 Adhring to IS 456l:2000 and shall have a minimum crushing strength of 30 N/mm2 (28 days strength) when tested.
Supply of earthing set complete with 40mmGI pipe ,2.5mtr long along with 20kgs each salt,charcoal complete with brick massonary
Supply of HDG earthing strip with proper welding wherever required and painting with red oxide paint at the portion of welding, drilling cutting etc. for connecting earthing pipe and other equipments of size 50 x 6 mm
