1. Outsourcing services for operation/maintainance of water supply installations at various location at 223 ABOD and 23 FAD Suranussi with one operator of semi skilled appropriate category of industrial person for each pump house listed below to operate submercible pumpset/Turbine pump set/cetrifugal pump set/chlorine plant/bleaching dozer /DG Set / water supply distribution sluice valves as per direction given time to time by Eng-in charge and Pump Panel installed in Pump House listed below round the clock(03 shifts of 08hrs each/day) including sunday/holiday for the following pump house located including to work as per daily orders given and as directed by the Eng-in-Charge.

(a) Barrier Gate Pump House at 23 FAD -03 Shift/Day

(b) Parimeter Pump House at 23 FAD -03 Shift/Day

Supply only calcium Hypochlorite Calcium Based granular suitable for drinking water treatment 65% chlorine content first quality in 45 kg plastic drum packing complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Outsourcing of complaint cell/Main receiving station at Mil Stn Suranussi with one skilled ITI pass electrician and one helper of semi skilled category having 4 years of experience of electrical work to attend HT/LT fault and No light complaints in Mil StnSuranussi area as directed and all as per day to day task assigned by concern JE & Eng-in-Charge in two shifts including sunday and holiday as following

Shift No-1 :- 9.00hrs To 05.00 hrs

Shift No-2:- 22.00hrs To 06.00 hrs

NOTE : (I) Minimum qualification/experiencce for Operator shall be ITI in appropriate field with 4years experience in same field . Cotractor shall submit necessary documents of qualification & experience for all the operators and labourers before commencement of work for each manpower employed by him to Eng-in-Charge. (ii)Obtaining Security passes and police verification will be responsibility of contractor for manpower employed by him (iii)contractor shall provid all tools and safety equipments required for day to day working without any extra cost. (iv)Weekly off will be given to all manpower employed by contractor as per existing state/central govt rules.Provision of reliver for each manpower employed by contractor shall deemed to include in item rate quoted (v)Cleaning of Installation and surrounding area will be responsibilities of manpower employed by contractor and rate quoted for item shall deemed to inlude this provision. (vi)Necessary logbook/logsheet ,duty roaster,attendace register will be maintained by manpower employed by contractor as directed by Eng-In-Charge. (vii) In Case contractor fails to deploy appropriate staff for any shift/manpower , penalty @ Rs 1000/ shift shall be recovered from the contractor. (viii) The calcium hypochlorite calcium based granular shall be procured by the contractor from authorized dealer of manufacturer only. The contractor shall submit original purchase voucher from the authorized dealer alongwith manufacturers test certificate to Engineer-In-Charge alongwith RAR.
