I/We also hereby agree to abide by the Indian Railways StandardGeneral Conditions of Contract, with all correction slips up todate and to carry out the work according to the specialconditions of contract and specifications annexed for thepresent contract.

A copy of certificate stating that they are not liable to bedisqualified and all their statements/documents submitted alongwith bid are true and factual. Non submission of a copy ofcertificate by the bidder shall result in summarily rejection ofhis/their bid
