Removal of entire existing water proofing treatment in any position including tar felt, lean concrete, gravels etc., and removing to a distance exceeding 500 m but not exceeding 2.00 Km outside MD land, complete all as specified and directed.

Cement plaster, 10 mm thick, in CM (1:3) with a mixture of water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement on dried concrete surface finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately.

Palin cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping including weathering slightly rounded and chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only, integral water proofing compound as approved by GE.

APP based polymeric membrane minimum weight 3.0 Kg / Sqm and minimum 3 mm thick reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (weight not less than 150 gms/sqm laid over primed surfaces all as specified and directed. Roof treatment consists and included in the unit rate are as under: - (i) Applying one coat of bituminous primer confirming to IS-3384 @ 0.30 Lit/Sq.m. (ii) Laying of APP based Polymeric membrane as specified thickness and weight. (iii) Applying two coats of bituminous aluminium paint @ 100 ml / Sq.m each coat.

Dismantling of water tanks of capacity exceeding 250 litre but not exceeding 500 litre and removing to store complete all as specified and directed.

Rotational moulded polyethelene water storage tank of 500 litre capacity (cylinderical, vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part-I.

Dismantling of water tanks of capacity exceeding 500 litre capacity but not exceeding 1000 litre capacity and removing to store complete all as specified and directed.

Rotational moulded polyethelene water storage tank of 1000 litre capacity (cylinderical, vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part-I.

Taking up or down steel tubing of 15 mm bore and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

Refixing only, serviceble rotational moulded polyethelene water storage tank of 500 litre capacity (cylinderical, vertical with closed top) obtained from dismantling will be hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part-I.

Refixing only, serviceble rotational moulded polyethelene water storage tank of 1000 litre capacity (cylinderical, vertical with closed top) obtained from dismantling will be hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part-I.

100mm width and 3 to 4mm thickness, single sided, UV resistant self adhesive flashing bituminous tape, each roll consist 10.00 m length, all as specified as per manufacturers insturctions and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning the RCC slab surface by removing dust, dirt etc., drilling holes at construction joints and identify damaged / honey combed concrete surface and fixing PVC nozzles at 2-3 foot c/c and sealing the same with polymer modified mortar. Injection grouting shall be done in the fixed nozzles with non shrink cementitius grout by mixing - 1 pouch (250 gms Each) of “MASTERGROUT CPG-1” of M/s CHOKSEY CHEMICAL Pvt. Ltd. and 50 kgs of cement and sufficient water for flowability, then total area to be filled with water minimum 6 inch deep for minimum 3 days, after 3 days of ponding slab shall be checked for leakage / seepage even dampness and such area shall be marked and pressure grouting / crack filling shall be done. Identifying the cracks, construction joints & filling the same with Polymer Modified Mortar using MASTERCRETE 81. After grouting is completed, cut the nozzles and seal it with polymer modified mortar.

Applying three coats of Choksey's "Tech Force 2K Strong" (Two Component Flexible Acrylic Polymer Cementitous Coating) on the prepared surface with suitable interval of time (Minimum 6 hrs.) between each coat complete all as specified and as per manufacturer's instructions.
