Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) as in ground floor and pavings of any description and in any position not other wise specifically provided for and removing demolished material to a distance and depositing out site of MoD land Where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in sub base, foundation, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base/ levelling course for laying of screed bed complete all as specified by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for joint free Non-Skid coloured Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in Cement Mortar 1:6 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed. Make :- As per PS.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tile to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for (350mmx250mmx7mm/450mmx350mmx 7mm thick) coloured glazed ceramic tiles set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement mixed with pigments.(Note: Any disturbed surfaces shall be matched w/o any extra cost to the govt) incl 10mm thckbacking coat for dado/skirting CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make :- As per PS.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from frames) area exceeding 1.50 square metre and not exceeding 4.0 square metre each, including cutting holes for taking out hold fasts or dismantling brick work (holes cut and any other damage to jambs, walls for taking out hold fast shall be finished identical to existing finish without any extra cost to Govt), complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repairs aluminum powder coated grill made of 6mm dia aluminium bars, size of mesh 100mm by 100mm fixed together with aluminium U channel all round the grill complete fixed in position and as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L pre-cast cement concrete(20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) 1:3:6 type C-1 as in block masonery exc 10cm in width with solid block masonery with solid blocks,exc.10cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 all as Specified by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick walls or on concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
