Annexure-i). Renovation of office of Sr. XEN at 220 kV Sub Station, BBMB, Kurukshetra

Providing and fixing of false ceiling consisting of PVC Ceiling Panels 8mm thick complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. (Non-schedule items)

Providing and fixing of PVC wall panelling upto 6mm thick on the wall of ceiling complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. (Non-schedule items)

Providing and fixing factory made uPVC white colour casement/ casement cum fixed glazed windows comprising of uPVC multi chambered frame, sash and fullion (where ever required) extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 + 0.2mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), uPVC extruded glazing beads of appropriate dimension, EPDM gasket, stainless steel (SS 304 grade) friction hings, zinc alloy (white powder coated) casement handles, GI fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing- frame to finished wall, plastic packers, plastic- caps and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame & sash shall be mitered cut and fusion welded at all corners, mullion (if required) shall be also fusion welded including drilling of holes for fixing hardware and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealant over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, all complete as per approved drawing & direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Single / double glass panes and silicon sealant shall be paid separately) Note: For uPVC frame, sash and mullion extruded profiles minus 5% tolerance in dimension i.e. in depth & width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimension on higher side shall be accepted but no extra payment on this account shall be made. (e) Casement window double panels with S.S. friction hinges (350 x 19 x 1.9 mm) made of (big series)frame 67 x 60 mm & sash / mullion 67 x 80 mm both having wall thickness of 2.3 ± 0.2 mm and single glazing bead/ double glazing bead of appropriate dimension. Annexure-ii). Providing and fixing of ACP Elevation Block at Main Entrance Gate at 220kV Sub Station, BBMB, Kurukshetra.

Providing & fixing ACP Sheets of various thickness High Class ISI marked complete in all respect as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (ii) 4mm thick ACP sheet (Pb. CSR – 2020, Ref. 17.97 (ii) T/R

RECESSED PVC CONDUIT PIPE WIRING SYSTEM WITH MODULAR SWITCHES: Wiring in PVC insulated copper conductor single core FR cable (ISI marked) overall 1.5sq. mm, 1100volts grade to be laid in heavy gauge PVC conduit pipe 20mm/ 25mm dia. (ISI Marked) recessed in wall etc., complete with powder coated/anodized concealed metal boxes (1.6mm thick with Brass lugs) required for suitable number of modules (Modular accessories) for having Step type electronic fan regulators (two module) 100watts, bell push, 6Amp. 2/3 universal socket (shuttered), 16/20Amp. combined/ universal Socket (shuttered), 6/10Amp. Annexure-iii). Replacement of Choukhats & doors of Toilet and bathrooms of residential colony's quarters at 220kV Sub Station, BBMB Kurukshetra

Supplying and fixing of Japani sheet frames (Chowkat) consisting of 18 gauge (1.25mm) thick steel sheet of the specified section (standard design latest), including iron lugs (hold fasts) iron hinges conforming to PWD specifications including bolts for fixing steps, lock notch provision for receiving tower bolts and finished, fixed in position including the cost of cement concrete 1:3:6 for filling in the frame and cement concrete 1:2:4 for lugs complete to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
