Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. Or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filing in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sand filling for cable cushioning including spreading and levelling complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Thickness for sand shall be measured after punning down.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HVP,type 1 with peak, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying sub class 'B' bricks (Old Size) laid flat in trenches as cable covers abutting each other, gap between adjacent brick shall not be more than 10mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying, laying, testing and commissioning of XLPE insulated, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip armoured, heavy duty electric power cable with stranded aluminium conductor (11000 Volts grade (earthed)) of size 185Sqmm 3 core (IS-7098), in trenches /through pipes /ducts or on poles at crossing of OH lines of MES and road crossing and connecting both end with suitable lugs complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Excavation, earth work, sand cushioning, protection cover and pipe shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items of this schedule.

Material & labour for erecting in position of true vertical swaged tubular pole [5.5 m long] complete with cast iron base plate, final taper plug, bolts nuts screws and top cover complete including taking out old pole any type from ground and making good disturbed surface including dismantling of old poles complete as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge including following:- [a] Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide & 2.5 m deep for pole foundation & getting out soft loose soil, returning filling soil in the trenches after fixing of pole in foundation ramming earth around the layers not exceeding 25 cm thick and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m.[b] M&L for providing PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation 600 mm x 600 mm cross section planting depth 1.8 m for concrete casing the pole up to GL complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. [c] M&L for providing PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth band/ collar 300 mm high from ground level & 450 mm dia complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. [d] M&L for painting of pole on external surface with one coat of black bituminous paint [up to planting depth] and remaining portion of the exterior shall be painted with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of steel surface and painting with synthetic enamel blue colour, circular band three number of 30 cm wide in alternate layer up to height of 1.5 m above plinth band of pole. [e] Material & labour for writing letter or figures/ pole number [Block, Roman, Italic as Indian] with thick synthetic enamel paint of approved shade not exceeding 30 cm all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of existing LT pole 09 metre long including breaking of foundation etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of existing HT pole 11 metre long including breaking of foundation etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of existing unserviceable ACSR conductor of any size etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of existing unserviceable Insulator of any size any type including MS spindles, GI washer, nuts etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling/taking down of existing unserviceable/brocken/rusted MS clamps, supports, cross arms of any size and shape including GI wire etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repair bracket made out of GI pipe 40mm dia, medium grade for street light, 1.2 metre long bend to shape and fixed with MS clamp , nuts and bolts of suitable size etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing unserviceable junction box from pole/building and supply and fix junction box (FRP) of size 300x200x100mm complete with bakelite connector 100 amps capacity 4 way MCB SP 06 Amps capacity with necessary fixing arrangements by providing MS clamps 2 Nos made out of FI 25x5mm incuding nuts and bolts etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured heavy duty power cables 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 10 Sqmm 2 core complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for boring holes (manually) under road, hard standing without damaging the surface for 50mm dia GI pipe etc complete all as specified and as directed.Note:-(i) Depth of holes shall be 1 Metre below the top surface of road / hard standing (ii) Pipe shall be measured and paid seperatly under respective items of the Schedule.

Supply & fixing GI pipe 50mm dia bore, light grade, including all fittings laid in trenches/ fixed to wall, poles/roof etc for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing heat shrinkable joint box straight through joint for XLPE HT 11 KV grade U/G cable suitable for cross setional area 185 Sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing heat shrinkable joint box end termination joint for XLPE HT 11 KV grade U/G cable suitable for cross setional area 185 Sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down carefully street/perimeter light fittings with control wire/cable from pole of capacity of any watt HPSV/MH/LED refixing the same fittings with control wire on new pole complete all as specified and as directed.
