MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS OF WORKS (SCHEDULE 'A' PART-XIV) (A) INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION WORKS

Supply and fixing flame proof sheet metal enclosure MCB distributiion box single pole & neutral 240 Volts 12 way suitable for hazardous area laden with gases/vapour of Group II (A) and ii(B) as per IS 2148/1984 encl as per IP-55 degree of protection and as per IS 2147/1962 made out of cast of aluminium alloy LM-06 having earthing neutral terminal and in and including following complete all as specified and directed.:- (a) MCB SPN 240 Volt,10 KA C curve 32 Amp - 01 Nos (Incoming). (b) MCB SP 240 Volt , 10 KA C curve 06 Amp -06 Nos (Outgoing) (c) MCB SP 240 Volt , 10 KA C curve 10 Amp -2 Nos

S&F outdoor type SMC junction box of size 250x250x150mm one piece moulded SMC door hinged fixed base with hinged right or left side and fixed to the foundation pole with suitable fixing arrangement bus bar with single electrolytic aluminium for both phase and neutral supported on FRP insulator and cut out complete fixed on the pole with suitable inlet and outlet , provision for cable connection, MCB SP 6 Amps rating 'B' curve for controling the pole light including necessary connection, complete as specified and directed .

Supply and fixing cable jointing kit for 1.1 KV grade cable for outdoor termination , heat shrink type, joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 4core XLPE, armoured, conductor cable of size 25 to 50 sqmm complete all specified and directed .

S & F security light brackets with 1.50 meter long 32mm dia light grade galvanised iron pipe with 30° bend including flat iron clamps, nuts, bolts and washers to brace the same properly duly painted with two coats of silver coloured synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer and making the good to disturbed surfaces to match with existing, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 1.5 Sqmm three core PVC insulated flexible copper conductor wire for street/security light terminal box , complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing /erecting in ground HT cable route indicator made out of GI plate 3 mm thick and 6 inches dia duly marked with working voltage, and route indicator fixed with angle iron of size 25 x25 x3 mm thick, 50 cm long embedded in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm broken stone graded aggregrate ) of size 20 x 20 x 20 cm in ground all as specified and directed .

M&L for Shifting of transformer capacity 100 KVA from one place to on other place Disconecting HT/LT side electrical conection carfully and after shifting reconection of HT/LT side electrical conection carfully and mounting on two pole structure/ plint complete all as specified and directed

Supply and Fixing LT over head lines on existing poles with XLPE insulated AB cable 3 - core x 95 sqmm + 1- core x 70 sqmm complete all as specified and directed

Taking out of HT UG cable of size 3 core 95 sq mm any type inclding excavation, returning filling & removing complete all as specified and directed.Note:- Excavation , returning filling and removal of soil will be paid only once for both taking out of old cable and laying of new cable.

Taking out of LT AB cable of any size and type complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out of LT UG cable of size 3.5 core 35 sq mm any type inclding excavation, returning filling & removing complete all as specified and directed.Note:- Excavation , returning filling and removal of soil will be paid only once for both taking out of old cable and laying of new cable.

Taking out of Steel tubuler Two poles structure and GOD With accessories of any size and type inclding excavation and removal from site complete all as specified and directed.

(D) DUNNAGE BLOCK WORKS

Supply only FRGP hollow dunnage blocks of size 300mm x 300mm x 200mm and 10mm wall thickness made of fibre reinforced glass plastic with minimum 25% glass content in reinforced members, UV resistant , fire resistant, high load bearing and capable of taking load upto 5 ton complete all as specified and directed.
