M&L for exterior grade outdoor coloured floor tiles (heavy duty) of tactile series of size 600x600x15 to 16mm of Make Johnson endura or equivalent make bedded over and including 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 and jointed in cement mortar to match the colour of floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for exterior grade outdoor coloured floor tiles (heavy duty) of tactile series of size 300 x 300 x 10 mm of Make Johnson endura or equivalent make mention in list of amke, laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 and jointed in cement mortar to match the colour of floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand, including dismantling and removal of existing paver blocks, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of existing roof treatment of any type, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 over RCC roof slab including mixing olnly liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (WPC will be measured and paid separately)

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound.

M&L for water proofing treatment on roof surfaces in the following manner:- (a) The surfaces shall be painted with hot bitumen grade 30/40 confirming to IS-73 @ 1.20 kg / sqm over a coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS-3384 @ 0.30 ltr /sqm. (b) Supply & lay 3 mm thick APP water proofing membrane reinforced with non woven polyster matt laid using butane torch by torch application with a side lap of 10 cm & 15 cm end lap weinghing not less than 3.5 kg / sqm. Note: - (i) Work to be carried out through authorised applicators of the manufactures and work will be carried out in complete / in patches in roofs (ii) Contractor shall submit written gurantee of 10 years from date of completion & submit security deposit @ 2.5% of executed amout or Rs 6250.00 which ever is more.

M&L for applying two coats of aluminium paint over APP membrain including preparation of surfaces and primer.

M&L for 40mm thick brick tiles laid on 15mm thick cement mortar in 1:6 and joints grouted flush in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement

M&L for taking down, chipping and removing the loose, spailt, damaged cement concrete, cement mortor surfaces of RCC Columns, beams, walls, chajjah etc and exposing the reinforced cement , wire brushing and cleaning the exposed steel reinforced bar, applying rust remover over the cleaned re-bar surface wash the re-bar with clean water for removing all rusts from the old re-bar surfaces, fixing new reinforcement for strengthen the members as required, applying two coats of epoxy zinc primer on new and old steel surfaces, saturate the substrate with water applying one coat of polymer modified bond coat on affected concrete surfaces and finally providing polymer modified cement and quartz sand mortor in CM 1:3 mix , 40mm thk in two coats, using polymer @ 10 to15% by weight of cement complete & finally finishing the surface complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- New reinforcement and MS Sections if required will be measured and paid separately)

Excavating in post holes each not exc. 0.5 cum getting out in soft / loose soil, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exc. 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exc. 50 m and depositing where complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 as in foundation and mass concrete using 40 mm graded stone, complete all as specified and directed.
