Brick work in following Cement Mortar 1:5 using best quality Burnt Clay Brick of size 83/4”x41/4” x 2 1/4” with class designation of 7.5 conforming to IS 1077-1992 for foundation and basement including Cost of Mortar Plasticizer curing, etc.,complete complying with standard specificationand as directed by the departmentalofficers. Brickworkshall be do nea sper IS2212-1991adopting English Bond generally.other type of bond shall be done as directed by the Executive Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wetmix macadam (WMM) specification including premixingthematerialwithwateratOMCinmechanicalmixplant carriagetomixedmaterialbytippertositelayinginuniformlayers withpaver insubbase/basecourseon well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achive the desired density complete as per clasue 406 of MORTH specifications.

Plastering the surface of walls with Cement Mortar 1:3 (OnecementandThree plastering sand), 20 mm thick inall floors includingmortarplasticizerat200ml per 50Kgof cementused, curingetc., completecomplyingwithstandardspecification and asdirectedby thedepartmental officers.

Plastering with Cement Mortar1:5 (One cement and Five Plastering sand), 12mm thick in all floors including mortar plasticizer at 200ml per 50Kg of cement used, curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and laying Rubberised interlocking Paverblock M35 grade of 63mm thick high strength type conforming IS 15658-2006 of rubberized interlocking paver lock in size of minimum compressive strengthof35N/mm2 in uniform shapeof approvedmake tobe laid influrringbone patternwit hst one dust cushion below the uniform shap of approved non skitting surface in the top and the rate including levelling the base preparation of paver sas subbase, crusheds tones and cushion 80mm thick laying out of pavement cut the pieces to fix the edge vibring the pavers,sweeping tranporting loading unloading of laying paver block as per standard specification,.

Supply and fixing of M.S Grills with Doors and Windows with one coat of Red oxide with Primer including all costs such as welding,grinding and fabrication charges, cost and conveyance of all materials to site etc,complete as per standard specification.

Painting two coats with ready mixed Exterior Emulsion Paint approved quality and colour including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, etc complete and including necessary plaster of paris, putty, wherever required etc, complete as per standard specification.
