Providing and laying hollow cement concrete blocks walling up to floor five level 200mm thick using hollow block of size 400mm x 200mm x 200mm of mix 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 12.50mm nominal size) having a crushing strength of 3.5 N/mm2 at 28 days as per I.S. 2185 (Part I) 1979 laid in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand) complete.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade.

New work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer
