Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge, With cement mortar 1:4 (1cement: 4 coarse sand)(DSR 2023.I. No. 14.1.2)

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete. (DSR2023.I. No. 13.88)

Finising walls with acrylics smooth exterior paint of required shade New work two more coat applied @1.67 lir./10Sqm over and including base coat of water proofing cement paint applied @2.2kg/10Sqm (DSR 2023.-13.46.1)

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gram/litre, of approved manufacturer and of required shade and colour all complete to achieve even shade and colour : New work (two coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer having VOC content less than 50 gram/litre(DSR 2023.I.No. 13.41.1).

Providing and fixing 35 mm thick factory made laminated veneer lumber door shutter conforming to IS : 14616 and TADS 15:2001 (Part B), fixing with butt hinges of required size with necessary screws, all complete as per directions of Engineer- in-charge and panelling with panels of : 12 mm thick plain grade -1, medium density flat pressed three layer particle board FPT - I or graded wood particle board FPT- I, IS : 3087 marked, bonded with BWP type synthetic resin adhesive as per IS : 848 :(DSR I.N. 9.6.1)

Glazed shutters: Second class teak wood including lSI marked anodised aluminium butt hinge with necessary screws.(DSR2023 I.N. 9.16.2.1)

4 cm thick 1:2:4 plain cement concrete floor with cement, approved coarse sand and 2 cm.(3/4")graded approved stone shingle laid in panels finished with 3 mm.(1/8")floating coat of neat cement or cement and marble dust in 5:1 as specified, including chiken wire mesh and wter proofing as per required and removing any over lapping mortar at the joints of Panels if any and giving them a uniform finish including supply of all materials, labour' and T&P etc. requierd for proper completion of the work . (S.I.N0-605) without base concrete.

Applying priming coat: With ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel galvanised iron/ steel works (DSR 2023, 13.50.3)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture (DSR 2023 Item No-13.62.1)

Providing and fixing lSI marked oxidised M.S.sliding door bolts with nuts & screws etc. complete ( DSR No- 9.62) 250x16 mm ( DSR 2023 No-9.62.2)
