Formation of foundation for installation of LED warm white and RGBW lights with Reinforcement cement concrete (RCC) 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) foundation of size 300mm x 300 mm and depth of 500 mm (300 mm below the ground & 200mm above the ground) with provision of suitable iron angle, nut bolt for installation of light, 02 nos 25 mm HDPE pipe, including paint with exterior enamel paint as per direction of EIC etc complete as required.

Supplying and laying of 63 mm dia (OD-63 mm & ID-51 mm nominal) DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 16205, Part-24:2017 complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. direct in the existing trench/in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required.

Supplying and laying of 40 mm dia (OD-40 mm & ID- 32 mm nominal) size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 16205, Part-24:2017 complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. direct in the existing trench/in ground (50 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required.

Supplying and laying of 25 mm outer dia HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 4984:2016 complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. direct in the existing trench/in ground (50 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of outdoor type LT distribution panel made of 2.0 mm thick CRCA sheet having aluminium bus-bar of 100 Amp rating, with suitable M.S angle stand including fixing on cement concrete foundation and consisting the following :- (i) Incomer with 32 A FP MCCB (Ics=Icu=25 KA) with thermal magnetic release.- 01 No. (ii) Outgoing with 32 A FP MCCB (Ics=Icu=25 KA) with thermal magnetic release.- 01 No. (iii) Outgoing with 32 A DP C Curve MCB, Timer and suitable contactor etc.-01 No.The panel should have sufficient space to accommodate the DMX multiplier/splitter/ power supply driver etc. ( DMX multiplier, splitter, power supply will be provided by AAI separately).

Supply of 4C X 6 Sqmm size, XLPE insulated, PVC Inner sheathed, Armoured Copper Conductor cable suitable to work upto 650/1100V, AC Supply confirming to IS:7098 (Part-1) 1988 upto date amendments etc complete as required.

Supply of 3 CX 2.5 Sqmm size FRLS, PVC insulated un sheathed bright anneales Copper Conductor cable suitable to work upto 1100V, AC Supply confirming to IS:694 upto date amendments etc complete as required.

Supply of 4C x 25 Sqmm, 1.1 KV grade, Armoured, XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, Aluminium conductor cable confirming to IS: 7098 (Part -1) 1988 amended upto date.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade Upto 35 sq. mm size in the existing HDPE/DWC/RCC/Metal/Hume pipe as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for 4C x 25 sq.mm size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 kV grade as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and Copper lugs for 4C x 6 sq.mm size of XLPE insulated, PVC Inner sheathed, Armoured Copper Conductor cable of 1.1 kV grade as required.

Design, Fabrication, Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of vermin proof, dust proof, front operated, cubicle type, floor mounted, double door, outdoor LT feeder panel made out of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet duly rust inhibited, powder coated paint, fully compartmentalized complete with double hinged front door with lockable arrangement etc. including necessary iron channel stand of size 50X50X5, depth of leg 3 feet (minimum), CC all around of the panel upto 1 Meter, control wiring, with mechanical interlocking, etc. and having following accessories. INCOMER 2 Nos. 250 A 4P MCCB (Ics=Icu=36KA) with rotary operating mechanism including terminal extension. Each Incomer shall have one set of the following items: Digital Multifunction Meter, suitable for measure Voltage, Current, Energy, frequency, power factor etc. with CT ratio programmable and auto ranging along with suitable range CTs. 1 Set of Indication Lamps, LED type, R,Y,B and MCCB 'ON' lamps.
