Dismantling aluminum / Gypsum partitions, doors, windows, fixed glazing and false ceiling including disposal of unserviceable surplus material and stacking of serviceable material within 50 meters lead as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, fixing and applying Plaster of Paris (POP) false ceiling consisting of frame work made with 50mm sq M.S. tubes of 18 G thickness as main runner at 600 mm c/c both ways, suspended/ supported with M.S. flats 25x4 mm from existing R.C.C. slab, finished smooth to line and level including necessary supports, scaffolding etc. as required and also including applying a coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer over the M.S. frame work and suspenders complete. Including providing and fixing expanded metal of size 5.25 mm x 1.25 mm thickness welded to main runners and applying POP (calcium sulphate semi hydrate variety) to the expanded metal of thickness not less than 10 mm.

P/F Wallpaper on wall/ceiling surface with standard quality adhesives including cutting, wastage, taxes. Complete job.

Providing and fixing 8 mm HDHMR board on walls including evening of joints, putty fillers, all necessary screws and fixtures, wastage, carriage, taxes. Complete job as per directions of Engg. I/C.

Providing and fixing 8" Super heavy charcoal Paneling of superior make on levelled wall surface including all necessary screws, fixtres, metal clips, angle corner and adhesives of required shade and color as approved by Engg. In charge.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of specified thickness, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. 1 mm.

Painting with silicon and acrylic emulsion based water thinnable sealer of approved brand and manufacture on wet or patchy portion of plastered surfaces: One coat.

Wall Painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint(Matt Finish) of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade. Two or more coats on new work

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface.

Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/ liter, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour. Two coats.

P/L/F 4mm App waterproofing treatment (primer and App sheet) with hot torch treatment and 2 coats pf aluminum paint included. Complete job.

P/F Almirah with framework of 18 mm ISI approved plywood with both side lamination (outer decorative and inner plain white) and edge bending tape on croos sections, backing with 5 mm ACP sheet(white color), shutters made of 25 mm block board of standard make (ISI approved) with both side lamination (outer decorative and inner plain white) and fixed to frame with standard flush hinges and locking arrangement, Bright finished brass handles (100 mm), standard tower bolts (150 mm) and magnetic catcher on inner edge of framework.

Providing and fixing gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations, of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels.Granite of any colour or shade. 16mm. (Area of slab upto 0.5 sqm). Jet Black.

P/L 8 mm Laminated wooden flooring of Action TESA AC3 make including cutting, wastage, skirting with half round moulding on top of skirting, foam sheets etc. Complete job. M Bedroom Flooring

Structural steel work in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanized iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.
