REPAIR/ MAINTENANCE AND SERVICES OF DG SETS, REPLACEMENT LT PANELS AND CONNECTED MISC ITEMS AT JUTOGH, CHAIL, KUFRI, KELVIN GROVE AND SHIMLA UNDER GE (I) JUTOGH

Servicing of DG Set (Make: Greaves Cotton) of capacity 125 kVA, checking entire system as per manufacturer's catalogue such as checking all parts for serviceability, taking down defective parts such as fuel filter assembly, by pass filter assembly, lube oil filter assembly, air cleaner assembly etc. and replacing the same with same size, make and capacity of parts, Cleaning all the serviceable filters and draining out the old used engine oil from the oil sump, cleaning oil sump and refilling new engine oil of required grade up to required level and including checking of control panel, checking of AMF panel, replacing of hose if required, tightening of loose connections and testing to DG Set to the entire satisfaction, complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Minor items like nut, bolts, lugs, cloths, cotton etc. are incl in quoted rate. (ii) Spare parts/ Engine oil/filters shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items. (iii) Minimum 6 months gap/ 200 Hrs of run whichever is earlier shall be considered for next service. (iv) Each service shall be measured and paid separately.

Repair, maintenance and cleaning of radiator of DG set (125 kVA) incl dismantling and taking down carefully, draining and refixing after repair incl Descaling, cleaning, repairing , soldering, brazing etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: Coolant will be measured and paid separately.
