Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth for taking out pipe line etc for repairs/ laying cables etc and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated material [soil] to a distance n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning in trenches after removing old cable and fixing or passing through pipe, 1100 Volts grade heavy duty LT UG cable, 120 Sqmm, 3.5 Core with XLPE insulated stranded Aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape, armoured with galvanised steel wire and overall sheathed including cable gland, lugs, jointing material etc, jointing and connecting complete all as specified and directed.

Make: Sintex Cat Part No. GSMB 2520, Hensel Cat Part No KF 2500H or equivalent of ISI Mark as approved.

M&L for preparation of surface for LT pole painting by scrapping damaged paint and painting with two coats of silver aluminium paint and writing pole No with black paint on yellow circuit each of 15 cm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cable jointing kit for LT straight through heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3.5 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 70 to 120 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 18.00 above, but for 3.5/ 4 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 25 to 50 sqmm complete.

M&L in repair LT Panel outdoor shall be made out of 3.15mm thick CRCA Sheet factory fabricated lockable/ openable by keys or nuts locking system as per existing one. The degree of protection of outer doors shall be IP-54 and painting the complete panel from out side as per the existing colour complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Measurement of doors shall be taken before ordering to the suppliers/ manufacturer and duly approved by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair, Digital type Voltmeter 0-500 Volt, Three Phase, Class 1.0 panel mounted 96 x 96 Sqmm, flush mounted case complete with necessary fixing complete all as specified and directed. Make: HPL/Legrand/L&T/Schneider.

S&F in repair, ammeter 0-250 Amps, Digital type, Three Phase, Class 1.0 panel mounted 96 x 96 Sqmm, flush mounted case with suitable size of CT complete with necessary fixing complete all as specified and directed. Make: HPL/Legrand/L&T/Schneider.

S&F in existing panel for replacement of 4 pole on load changeover switch (I-O-II), for open execution of capacity 125 amps, complete with necessary fixing and complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking out old unserviceable MCCB TPN/FP from existing Feeder pillar/ LT panel board and supply and fixing MCCB TPN/FP 63 amps capacity, rup capacity 16 KA, 415Volt s, 50 Hz including necessary modification in panel board for incoming and outgoing cable connection with replacement of brunt lugs of suitable size for aluminium conductor cable, nuts bolts etc as per site requirement and complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repair, galvanized iron strip of size 25 x 4 mm as earth continuity conductor buried in ground or fixed to wall/floor/ground provided with porcelain insulators space no less than 0.5 mtrs complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unserviceable PCC poles 9 mtr long and supply and erection of steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts, screws as specified type 410 SP-31 (9.0 mtr long) and shifting of conductors and insulators etc incl painting the exposed portion of the pole with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer and internally through out plus embedded portion with two coats of black bituminous paint over a coat of red oxide primer. Marking of pole number with black paint in yellow circle all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of PCC of any description above/below ground level exceeding 15cm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Plain cement concrete, (1:4:8), type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) below GL as in foundation of pole etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Plain cement concrete, (1:3:6), type C1 (using 20mm stone aggregate) for coping for pole and stay in repair complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Plain cement concrete, (1:3:6 ), type C2 (using 40mm stone aggregate) below GL as in foundation for stay assembly complete all as directed.

NOTES :- 1. The amount of schedule of credit shall be deducted from the total of this BOQ for arriving at contract sum.
