Dismantling floor, hearth, or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (Square/Rectangular) area exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm in floors set and jointed in neat cement slurry over and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the coloured tiles over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6), complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for vitrified coloured ceramic tiles, light shade 10mm thick (Square/Rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm in floors set and jointed in neat cement slurry over and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the coloured tiles over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6), complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in skirting/dado 350 x 250 x 7mm /450 x 350 x 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match required shade over and including 10 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 as backing coat rough finished surface complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulb, insulation etc) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets any thickness, including cover fillets including removal of Debries outside Cantt area complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of 4 mm thick non asbestos fiber cement plain building boards in false ceiling on and incl aluminium snap grid work 605 x 605 mm with using 36.5mm x 23.5 mm x 1.5 mm thick main tee, 23.5 x 23.5mm x 1.28 mm cross tee and 25x25x1.5mm angles fixed to perimeter of wall including necessary supporting hanger with 3 mm dia GI wire and J bolts washer nuts for securing frame work to ceiling suspended @ 120 cm c/c both ways, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 12mm thick prelaminated particle board, exterior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice mat finish lamination & other side balancing white lamination, fixed with screws to timber frame work in wall/ceiling, flat or sloping, complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing of PVC wall panelling made up of PVC hollow panels 25/30cm in width and 10mm thickness interlocking pattern of approved shade and design fixed to wall or ceiling all as per manufacturer's instruction, fixed in repairs, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc., but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified.

Material and labour for brickwork with sub-class ‘B’ bricks (old size), straight or curved on plan exc. 6m in mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick or stone walls, ceiling including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for preparing new surfaces (plastered or unplastered) of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer on surfaces of walls, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down steel water tubing and connections 20mm bore including cleaning for refixing or removing to store complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of 20mm dia GI steel water tubing ,medium grade ISI marked, with and incl all fittings such as bends, elbows, tees, short pieces, diminishing pieces, union etc complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing of 20mm bore gun metal globe or gate valve (ISI marked) with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe fixed in repair, complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing of PVC connection 15mm size with brass nuts on both ends of length 600mm, fixed in repairs, complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing of soap dish chromium plated any size fixed to plugs with chromium plated brass screws and wooden/plastic cleats, fixed in repairs, complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing of tubular towel rail brass chromium plated 600mm long between flanges fixed with and including chromium plated brass screws and wooden/plastic cleats, fixed in repairs, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of Vitreous china Wash hand basin, white, flat back of size 550x400mm including cast iron brackets, cutting for and pinning in ends of brackets or erecting stand etc. including brass chromium plated waste coupling with long screwed shank and fly nuts, PVC flexible waste pipe of bore 32mm, fixed in repair, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of Vitreous Chinaware squatting pan, orissa pattern size 580mm x 440mm with integral foot rests, white, with cast iron ‘P’ or ‘S’ trap, front or back inlet, including provision of cement concrete, making connections to trap and to flush pipe etc. and making good to floors, fixed in repairs, complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing of Vitreous China wash down water closet (Pedestal pattern), white with ‘P’ or ‘S’ trap, fixing with screws of suitable size, plastic seat cover, white closed pattern with flat bottom and cover, complete all as specified, making connections to trap and to flush pipe, fixing flushing cistern etc. and making good to floors, fixed in repairs, complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing of Viterous China urinal, bowl type flat back, size 430x370x340mm white (minimum) with grating and union for discharge pipe, complete including providing and fixing plugs, beding urinal against wall in cement mortar 1:2 securing urinal plugs with and including 60mm long brass screws, pointing around urinal back in cement including 32mm bore PVC waste pipe, fixed in repairs, complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing of PVC valve less symphonic action type flushing cistern 10ltr capacity , low level white with inlet ball valve float and handle including brackets including 32mm dia PVC flush pipe for low level cistern including all joints fixed in repairs, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of CP Brass single lever basin mixer without popup waste system with 450mm copper pipes & brass nuts with full silk appeal finish complete all as specified and directed.
