M & L for repair of leakage/seepage from the wall/ door bend /door tee/ 'Y' junction/ 'T' Junction of soil pipe / waste pipe/ vent pipe of kitchen/ bathroom/WC of the upper Qtr or at the ground floor Qtr including change of any damage soil waste pipes or fittings of any shape, specification and size, making good to the damage portion of wall with brick work in cement mortar 1:6 or cement concrete 1:2:4 and plastering to wall in CM 1:4 and matching to existing wall complete to avoid the leakage/ seepage at the site of work as directed and specifie by the Engineer -in- charge.

M & L for Galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugations side lap, 0.63mm, fixed with coach screws and washers, in roofs, walls etc. with grade of zinc coating 275 fixed with self tapping screws, except sheeting, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for 0.63 Plain, galvanised, mild steel sheeting, in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for tightening Closing bolt holes etc. in old corrugated steel sheets or Aluminium sheeting by sealing with one bitumen and one curved GI washer on either side and 6mm G.I. bolts and nuts, all set in stiff white lead, bolt n exc 25mm in length etc all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described including Preparing new zinc (or galvanised) surface to receive painting, by coating with modrant solution including washing and cleaning, etc. and applying two coats of synthetic enamal paint over a coat of red oxide primer in CCD pattern as approved up to 15m height. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tilling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
