Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 30 KVA servo-stabilizers for 2 No. Lifts at New Assembly Complex, srinagar The stabiliser should have following specifications: a) Capacity:30 KVA, 3-phase unbalanced type b) Input: (150-265) V AC P-N; (250 - 460) V AC P-P c) Output: 415 V ± 1% - phase to phase d) Supply: 3 phase, 4 wires, 50Hz e) Operation: Automatic f) Duty cycle: Continuous g) Transformer windings: Copper wound on CRGO laminations as per IS specifications h) Cooling: Oil cooled i) Efficiency: Better than 98% at full load j) Overload capacity: 15% for continuous 4 hours k) Waveform distortions: Nil l) High speed voltage correction: up to 8V to 20V per second m) Protections: Under voltage, Over voltage and Overload with time delay n) Other features: LED indicators, Digital AC ammeter, AC voltmeter, Frequency meters, Phase Sequence meters, Single phase preventer, Stabilizer by-pass arrangement. The Job also includes P/F of 100 Amp 4 Pole MCCB (36KA breaking capacity) as incomer to the Servo Stablizer to be provided in CRC Enclosure.

Providing/Fitting of 3.5 core, 35 Sqmm unarmoured Al cable for connecting servo stablizer to Change Over panel to Main panel of lift

Providing/Fitting of 3.5 core, 50 Sqmm armoured Al cable for connecting power source to Servo stablizer

SITC of electrical Changeover panel comporising of 4 Pole 100A MCCB (36KA Breaking capacity) as incommer, Manual change over with 150A bus bar and 4 Pole 63A MCCB- 2No. (36KA Breaking capacity) as outgoing for 2 No Lifts provided in a powder coated CRC enclosure.

Dismantling of the existing Lifts by way of complete dismantling of Lift cabin, guide rails, motor, ropes and other accessories and shifting of the dismantled material to the store of the Estates department.

Operation of the Lift by way of engagement of 2 No. Lift operators for a period of 3 years
