Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand: 4 graded granitic or basaltic stone aggregate 40 m nominal size) excluding cost of centering shuttering and finishing :;All works upto plinth level

Providing 80x60cm M.S. inspection door with 25x25x5mm angle iron frame welded and M.S. shutter 3mm thick with locking arrangement iron but hinges 100mm x 40mm size painting with red oxide paint in two coats. complete

18mm cement plaster in two coats under layer 12mm thick cement plaster 1:5 ( 1 cement : 5 coarse sand) and top layer 6mm thick with cement plaster 1: 3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) finished with sponge.

Providing and laying factory made Shot blasted cement concrete interlocking paver block of minimum M35/M40 grade made by heavy duty block making machine with strong vibratory compaction and of aprpoved size and design / shape laid in 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand filling the joints with coarse sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer.- in I Wave Rectangular Square etc. shapes. The products should comply to IS 15658:2006 and manfucatured by ISO9001: 2008 certified plant. The shot blasting should be done using 0.4-0.5mm dia steel shots with a speed of 3200 rpm.;60 mm thick in all colours except grey (M35 grade)

Painting three or more coats with acryllic exterior paint of approved brand and manufacture (Such as Dulex/ Asian Paints/ Sherwin Willians) including applying one coat of cement primer and one coat of surface treatment etc. complete.
