Repair/Removing of unsv shelves, of Almirah large/medium steel with shelves and making new shelves out of 20 guage black MS sheet duly painted with 2 coats synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer as required at site and providing with necessary cleats/bolts & nuts. (DGS&D, FD-67, FD-243, 1031, 1032)

Cot DT steel with plywood top (GE (K) FD-41/86) : Removing of old unserviceable plywood from cot DT steel with plywood top and supply and fixing plywood of 12mm thick,7 ply, commercial type, (MR Grade not less than Rs 100 per sqft) and MS angle of size 25x25x5mm shall be fixed & welded as a middle span which should match with top to fix plywood without leaving gap and MS plate iron cleats 10 Nos of size 25x5x60mm made to shape and fixed to both type of rails (02 Nos each rails) by welding as directed by Engineer-In-Charge Note:- Angle (Middle spn) and flat (Cleats) iron should have proper holes to fix plywood on top with (30x5mm) size nuts and bolts with washer and all steel section shall be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint smoke Grey over a coat of steel primer.

Charpoy GI pipe with plywood top (FD-220)

Removing unserviceable Ply top from GI charpoy, tightening complete charpoy ie loose checknuts,elbows,Long Rails and short Rails and supply and fixing ply wood of 12mm thick, 7 Ply , commercial Type, MR Grade, ISI Marked of size 1980x900mm. Make- greenply/Century/Kitply, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Removing old unserviceable long rail from GI charpoy and supply and fixing new long rail of size 1884mm long made out of 32 mm bore medium grade GI Pipe duly threaded on both ends and fixing to charpoy duly carrying out welding of MS support angles completely all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note ;- 1)The items includes threading both sides in new long rail and 2) Old unserviceable long rail obtained shall be reused in Item No 47.3 below.

M&L for removing old unserviceable short rail from GI charpoy and fixing new short rail of size 814mm long made out of long rails retrieved vide items No (2) herein duly threaded on both ends & fixing to charpoy duly carrying out welding of MS support angles completely all as specified and directed. Note ;- 1) The items includes threading both sides in new short rail & 2) Old unserviceable short rail obtained shall be reused in Item No 47.4 below.

M&L for removing old unserviceable legs from GI Charpoy and fixing new legs of size 394 mm long made out of short Rails retrieved vide item No (3) herein duly threaded on one end including 3mm thick MS sheet( made to shape of the bottom) in bottom and two Nos clamps as shown on Drg by welding completely all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge

M&L for removing old unserviceable three way elbow and supply and fixing new elbow 32 mm bore (ISI marked) to GI charpoy, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for removing old unserviceable check nuts and supply and fixing new check nuts 32 mm bore 6mm thick to GI Charpoy, all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for removing old unserviceable short rail from GI charpoy and fixing new short rail of size 814mm long made out of 32 mm bore medium grade GI Pipe duly threaded on both ends and fixing to charpoy duly carrying out welding of MS support angles completely all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge (FD-221)

M&L for removing old unserviceable legs from GI charpoy and fixing new leg of size 394 mm duly threaded one end and including 3 mm thick MS Sheet ( made to shape at the bottom) in bottom two nos clamps ( as shown in drawing) by welding completely all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (FD-221)

SOFA SETS (FD-258/281/373 )

M&L for removing the existing unserviceable tapestry cloth, cushion of sofa set and replacing with new tapastry cloth including marking cloth with foam cushion 40 density 100mm thick of size 530mm x 560mm x 100mm, Make -Kurl-on, Sleepwell, Springwell etc rest all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- (i) Each cushion for seat or back will be measured as single unit. (ii) The tapastry cloth shall be of mat finish and shall not less than Rs. 350/- per metre and as approved by Engr-in-Charge.

Seat and back shall be provided with tapestry cloth costing not less than Rs.350/- per RM. Shade of cloth shall be approved by Engr-in-Charge. Cloth shall be with provision of that and suitable chain for easy replacement of cloth for the seat and back.

Removing old polish, dust, spots from Sofa set to seat 4 persons by scrapping by means of emery paper, prepare smooth surface and fill the detached gaps by wax etc and applying two coats of melamine polish all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing old polish, dust, spots from Sofa set to seat 5 persons by scrapping by means of emery paper, prepare smooth surface and fill the detached gaps by wax etc and applying two coats of melamine polish all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Chair Verandah (FD-256, 259 ):- M&L for removal of unserviceable cane from Chair Verandah scraping existing paint from frame with sand paper and M & L for painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint white colour and M & L for recanning with white or cream ivory plastic cane 4mm wide & 0.4mm thick half round godrej pattern, including replacing of hard rubber toes etc complete all as specified, directed and shown on drgs.

Polishing of Wooden Furniture

Removing old polish, dust, spots from furniture items by scrapping by means of emery paper, prepare smooth surface and fill the detached gaps by wax etc and applying two coats of melamine polish on all furniture items listed under Sl No 52.1 to 54.5 herein below all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge for:-
