M & L for brickwork with sub-class B 'old size bricks' straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for brickwork with sub-class B 'old size bricks' straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on brick masonry/ concrete surfaces other than fair faces of brick work and finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new plastered wall surface and applying two coats of cement paint over primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete type D2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded stone aggregate) in subfloors, sub base, path & paving etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking tiles any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 grade with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using mechanically crushed 20 mm stone aggregate) in plinth courses, kerbs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered on edges and throating complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 10mm dia mild steel round bars as in tie bars fixed to fencing posts including cut to length, bent to shape, welding of bar at spots as directed and other similar works, conforming to Grade E-165 (Fe 290), complete all as specified and directed

S&F of Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) of dia of neck 5-10mm with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 5cm but n exc 10 cm long complete all as specified and directed

Supply only mild steel galvanized chain link fencing of 10 gauge of mesh wire, mesh size 100x100mm complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Flat iron, round tie bars, nut bolts and washer shall be measured and paid for separately.

Fixing only mild steel galvanized chain link fencing, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed Note:- Supply only chain link fencing shall be measured and paid for separately.

S&F galvanized 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia, barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or steel pins including taking down of old barbed wire etc complete all as specified & as directed. Note:- Each line of horizontal / vertical / diagonal wire to be measured for the purpose of payment.

M&L for painting two coats on steel and iron surfaces of any description with synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide including preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces exc. 10 cm width or girth complete all as specified and directed.
